Hotel da Bolsa is perfectly situated in the Old Town, so you have short distance to every important sight in the town. My room was nice, but one issue disturbed me, I had no wardrobe. They had put a shelf with hangers and safe on the wall near my bed and I had no cabinet, where I could put my...

The hotel is set in a great location - close to the majority of tourist sites. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a little crowded - maybe our timing was bad. Hotel bar was very pleasant and staff were helpful in putting my soccer match on for me. Rooms were a little small, the bathrooms were clean, but again...

3 night city break. Well located and easy to find on foot from the Metro. As previously mentioned the rooms are a little small but very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was continental, self serve. The Breakfast room was a little crowded for its size but the Hotel was full...

Great.all hotel with character and a very interesting building. A real change from the big chain hotels.(Be nice to have a brief history in room folder) Big bedrooms on floor 4 and 5 (we stayed in two as had to change) with great views..one had half windows accessed by 3 steps!) Very comfortable beds, good showers, plenty of space. Very...

Hotel da Bolsa is conveniently located. The river, restaurants, and major tourist sites are an easy walk. Although the rooms are small, the location and friendly staff more than make up for that. Driving and parking in Porto are difficult. The hotel offers discounted parking of 20 Euros a day at a nearby parking ramp. I would return to Hotel...

Traveled in late April to Porto with large group (15) from work and stayed for one night at the Hotel da Bolsa. I wanted to be close to the river and that turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel was clean and perfectly fine, but small. We had a room on the second floor and there was some...

The location of this hotel is superb. Well equipped and stylish rooms in perfect condition. Close to the ever enchanting shores of the Douro river and with many fine restaurants in the neighborhood. Professional and helpful staff.

The excellent location only partly compensates....I wasn't expecting an actual single room (although to be fair, I did book one - I just thought it would have been a normal room for single occupancy!), but even so, it was tiny. The direct view from the window was shocking! But, if you lean out slightly and look to the left, there...

Our trip to Northern Portugal began in Porto on March 9, 2017. We booked an hotel for 3 nights but could stay for only 2 nights as it was fully booked for the upcoming weekend. Too bad as we liked this hotel and we had to look for another one. We found, just around the corner, the 3* Hotel da...
