I was pleasantly surprised with our room considering how inexpensive it was. The room was very spacious, tons of tv channels, strong wifi, and comfortable beds. The location is about a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station to the south and about 10 minutes from the Brussels Nord train-station. The walk from Brussels Nord to the hotel, at... More

Spent a saterday afternoon and sunday morning in this hotel. The night I spend somewhere else. We walked from the Central Station to the hotel, a 20 minutes walk wich was nice. The hotel is not to big. The room we had, on the first floor, was small but everything we needed was there: a comfortable bed with nice pillows,... More

Staff very helpful with any issues. Car Park just around the corner, around a 3 minute walk, and very accessible (even with a high car). Rooms were small and compact but had everything needed, and very comfortable beds. Coffee machine in lobby for coffee / tea / hot chocolate / milk at any time of day and night and a... More

It's near Botanic, the underground and the gardens, so check on a map where you want to be. But it is walkable or good tram/underground links to get around eg to expo is direct at about half an hour and on same line for Eurostar. The staff are helpful, the room was clean, the cleaners were friendly. It is basic... More

For starters, the location is not too bad - the tram lines 92 and 93 have stops right outside the hotel. The stop is called Gillon. The staff is friendly. The bathrooms were clean and bed was comfortable. There is a super market close by (Express). Now to the bad parts of our experience. The air conditioner and intercom didn't work,... More

Its a budget hotel so don't expect too much. Value for money and very basic. Rooms were small to our likings. If you want to stay for 1 or 2 day then its fine but not for longer stay. Staff was helpful, location is in middle of Brussels North station and Grand Place. Take bus 65/66 from Brussels central station... More

Two day trip to Brussels. Hotel was perfect for my visit. Just out of the centre of town, which gave a better price for the room per night. Room very clean and the beds comfortable, I liked the linen they used felt quite luxurious. Size of the room was adequate, no soundproofing on the windows though, it did sound like... More

I was travelling solo for the first time and was a little apprehensive. The hotel had a cosy look and I immediately felt comfortable. It was very neat and well maintained. I had no issues with the facilities and the choice at breakfast was excellent. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and were forthcoming in providing tips for... More
