This property fell a long way short of what is promised on the web listing. Dirty, plumbing diabolical, shuttle to the beach did not exist, housekeeping only twice a week poor standard of cleaning by staff who were indifferent, pool only cleaned twice in four weeks. Location was poor up very steep hills. Manager helpful when there which was very infrequent. When we arrived there was no fridge, quickly provided, hot water heater broken had to be replaced. Big problem with mosquitoes, flying ants and grass hoppers. Bed linen and towels stained and dirty even after being replaced. Bare minimum of crockery for two people, some missing. Only redeeming feature was that the internet was good but it is in most places in Thailand. We would not recommend this property under any circumstances and regret our choice.

This was our first visit to Koh Sumai, and we chose this resort for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. We were not dissapointed. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean, with your own plunge pool. Reception were helpful, with free airport transfer, and free ride to and from the local beach. It is a steep climb to the resort. We climbed it every morning after having breakfast locally, but not in the evening after our dinner out. Thoroughly recommend.

I loved it here...So nice and quiet...The only downfall is the food situation..They picked Garland restaurant in town as their delivery place and its the worst in town..Kind of weird since there's so many good ones...Ill be back

Samui boat lagoon was full when we arrived so they moved us to the sister hotel Blue Orchid. 25 min walk to beach. 15 min down a large hill to restaurants. Lovely villa, private pool Bedroom upstairs and great facilities but either pay taxi to take you out for food, order take out or take the long dark walk Disliked · Location not so great if you want to explore

Nice and quiet, private villa with own pool. Booked a scooter through reception for 200baht per day, which was reasonable considering the quality of scooter we were given. No way to get ice from reception Needed to ask if they can bring us an ice trays so we could try make our own With bottled water Booked through Expedia where it said breakfast is included But front desk said it wasn’t as they don’t have restaurant onsite. They have room service from a restaurant down the road. Food was ok from here. There was a big storm one night and we lost power, with it cutting in and out constantly. The staff tried to fix our villa first but it still took them some time. We were more concerned about the food and drinks we had in the fridge. Outdoor kitchen was nice but there were lots of mosquitoes about during the day. Being pregnant I had loaded up on the repellant wrist bands, spray etc. My poor husband got bitten a number of times whilst spending time outside in the pool. The villas could do with a little refresh but for the money we paid, it did the job. Also is you enjoy sun baking by the pool, pick your time. We got maximum sun in the morning before the villa completely shaded the pool area.

Fantastic resort, nice and bright room, modern furnishing and design. Loved the privacy and the fact that it’s adults only it’s truly relaxing. I would like to suggest a wireless (mobile) handset for the phone to be able to use downstairs when needing to contact reception or they trying to get in touch. Running upstairs when the phone’s ringing is not so great. Also, it would be great to have an outdoor shower downstairs even if it’s cold water only. We definitely enjoyed our stay and above comments are just suggestions in case you want to make improvements. Regardless, we will strongly recommend the resort and we are looking forward to visit again.

We booked this villa with the expectation of it being of a high standard, perfect for a romantic getaway. Unfortunately the villa did not live up to the description. Good points...the pool was great and the aircon worked well. Bad points...bed was rock hard...the facilities were average...the room service food was very poor quality...villa was in need of some maintenance... a bit of a shame...could have been great but wasn’t.

The villa was perfect for couples and was bigger than I expected especially the pool. The staff were always available when needed and were very helpful. We used the takeaway delivery service a few times for breakfasts and lunches and was a great option if you don’t want to go out, also had a massage arranged in the villa which would definitely recommend. The villas are up hill from all the restaurants and shops not really an issue but just something to be aware of! There were enough bars and restaurants nearby but a few evenings we got taxis arranged by the reception when we wanted to go a bit further (fisherman’s village/ Choeng Mon)and found them pretty reasonable.Would have given 4.5 if possible as only negatives we had were one day we had an issue with the shower and also the safe but staff handled it promptly to try and rectify so couldn’t fault them. I would also suggest mosquito nets, might have just been us, however we got bitten a lot!

This was our second time staying here. The villas are clean and well maintained. The private pool in the villa is clean and maintained well, the kitchen area is fitted with everything needed from microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. The bedroom and bathroom is above the ground floor and good size with amazingly big window looking out over Choeng Mon Beach with its amazing sunrises. Its about a 10min walk to the Main Street and 15mins to the beach, the resort know arranges courtesy minibus to its sister resort Samui Boat resort with a main pool by the beach also. We stayed without having transport and it all worked well for us. Would highly recommend this if you want quiet, and privacy. But note to his is self catering but restaurants nearby do deliver.

We did a deal when we booked this accomodation through booking.com We like our privacy and a quite place to stay. This was the perfect spot. Its spacious, modern and u have your own pool. Service was great! They call you out of themselves to inform you or to arrange your (free) transport to the airport. You can also order breakfast, lunch, dinner. They so their utter best to make it comfortable. However I like it more to go to local places for food. They helped us for renting a scooter. conclusion: we are very happy customers. We would recomment this place and would come back when we visit Thailand again.
