A lovely welcoming and accommodating host. The room was air-conditioned clean, modern and secure. The bathroom was nice and clean, also not at all dated. The wifi and YouTube dongle were also a nice addition. A good option if you’re looking for budget airbnb-style accommodation in a peaceful beachside location. I would certainly book again. However, if you’re in Samui to party, maybe this isn’t the place for you as it’s quite a distance from Chawang.

We booked one night in advance via booking.com and had absolutely no issues with it. We met up in the afternoon and checked in. The owner (Mrs Sao) was so kind and helpful. We told her that we might stay more nights, and promised to tell her next morning. The rooms were so good. newly built, very clean and with a nice bed for once (which is a bit unusual for cheap bungalows). But everything just went perfect and we got so happy for it that we ended up staying one week. We got it at a good discount as well and mrs Sao was very helpfull everytime we had a question. We even rented a scooter from her, and that just turned out perfect without any problems at all also. Very happy to find this place! :)

Me and my friend were very happy with our stay at Samui Goodwill Bungalow! The owner of the place made us feel as we were at home. The facilities are clean and nice very close to the beautiful beach and garden. You need to rent a scooter or car in order to move around. Strategic position close to pier and Nikki Beach Club.

The lady who runs the hotel bungalows is amazing. Seriously she is kind and helpful. She went out her way to make a deal w me because i was low on my budget. Not even kidding. Of c you can always nagotiate but i fully thank her,because she helped me<3

I had a wonderful one-week stay here. Everything in the room was totally comfortable from bed, water pressure, quiet AC, and nice well-maintained, clean room. A bonus was the balcony where I spent most of my time looking at the coconut grove. Miss Sao is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Speaks excellent English. Can't say enough good things about this place. I have paid five times as much to stay at 4/5 star properties and not had as nice a stay. Treat yourself to a good value and a nice treat at a beautiful peaceful place. You should know that there is no beach access directly from bungalows, but with just a quick two minute walk you're at the beach. Motorbikes available for rent. Food available at nearby hotel restaurants. I even was able to get a day pass at the hotel swimming pool next-door.…

Very fond memories of a wonderful place- K. Sao ( who deserves a long rest to put her feet up!) was an exceptional host, fully understanding hospitality and a true accolade to Thai and island life. The accommodation is immaculate- ideal for a day or two ( in my case a lot longer) to see a relatively unspoilt part of the the island of Koh Samui. The site is small so not to be flooded with tourists, but if you're looking for a simple, understated home from home, a warm greeting and quite a few dogs in the neighbourhood then I would recommend a trip.
