There were a couple of issues, minor issues that are simply outweighed by the gloriousness of this place: The good, the rooms are private and well appointed but tired, they need rejuvination. Room 3 in villa 11B had a musty smell. The great: The villa! Private with picturesque outlook. The infinity pool - missing tiles and the decking was warped but as I said, the view is great and it's private and lovely. The perfect: The service, Nok and Yu were attentive, polite and efficient. Breakfast each day was delicious, the rooms and entire villa were cleaned and tidied daily, having someone pick up after you all day is something I could get used to! No would arrange whatever we needed without any issue, nothing was too much trouble. When we ate in villa, the food arrived promptly and was tasty. Some people have made comment about insects etc... That's nature, we had visits from spiders, dragon flies, mosquitoes, snakes (saw this in the gardens, NOT our villa!) and the odd kitty cat, doesn't bother me. Samujana provide citronella spray for the insected and they get maintenance to deter animals. I think for the prices, Samujana should maintain the villas in perfect condition but even so, I'd go back in a flash.

The villa is everything you see in their photos. Spacious, exclusive, very well maintained. My villa manager (Paul) and the housekeeper (Som) were excellent. They catered to our family and made sure we have what we need during our stay. We were there to celebrate a birthday and the housekeeper decorated the bed for the birthday girl with flowers and little animals (folded by towels). That was a special touch and my daughter loved it. There is not much to do in Koh Samui but if you just want a place to chill, Samujana villas is a good option. You don't really need to go out as the villa I rented has a nice pool, huge game room (with ping pong table and pool table), and a home theater room (a big selection of movies). Highly recommended.

We are long term residents on the island and wanted to do something special for my husband’s birthday so we planned 2 night getaway at Samujana. From booking, check in to checking out, the overall experience was excellent. The estate was very well looked after and with matured greens and landscaping provided a lot of privacy for each of the villas. Nadear the guest experience manager was super with her tips and we were both very well looked after by our villa manager Cherrie and Gai. For sure we will return and highly recommend the estate to our family and friends for this unique experience.

We spent 10 nights overall at Samujana, 8 nights in villa 9 and 2 nights in villa 15 in August 2023 and both were great but villa 9, wow…what a phenomenal accommodation! With two children, villa 9 far exceeded the expectations we had with the playroom, the built in slide and the cinema room, the videos and photos online do not do these amenities enough justice! During our stay, we had the privilege of being looked after by Khun Apple and Khun Pui and I have to say, I was blown away by the attentiveness and customer service that was provided. Both ladies very quickly adapted to provide the right level of care during our stay, not too intrusive and allowing us ample space to enjoy the villa features without being overlooked. Kuhn Apple was also excellent at suggesting things to do, what to eat and also arranging the activities we enjoyed during our stay, nothing was too much effort for her. Breakfast was scrumptious and each day, we had lots of variety to choose from, the Thai breakfast was delicious. During our stay, my husband got sick, which required an emergency room visit at 2.00am in the morning and I was hugely grateful to Khun Apple, the Samujana driver and the security team who helped to ensure we got to the hospital swiftly. Khun Apple stayed with us to ensure we were well supported and taken care of, far exceeding expectations and her duties as our villa manager. I am very grateful to Khun Apple during this time. In addition, as we had to quickly change sleeping arrangements, Khun Pui worked quickly to deep clean and change all linen over multiple bedrooms to ensure we could take care of my husband and avoid others getting sick. I was so grateful as it meant both ladies working excess hours, I won’t forget this level of care provided 💜 Despite having sickness challenges and many hospital visits, we couldn’t be more grateful to be at a villa, with ample space and an open environment that still allowed for us to enjoy our time there, whilst allowing my husband the space to get back to good health. We definitely feel there is an unfinished vacation pending, I trust we will be returning to samujana in the future to enjoy paradise for a second time around.

Great place, great service. Breakfast was large meal, freshly cut local fruit & juice. Good to venue out into town and try all the food and get cocktails & drinks from there as they are cheaper. We also used koh samui version of uber for rides into town, alot cheaper than using samujana service shuttle. We went for our honeymoon and it was a magical part of our holiday. Thank you

If you are looking to stay in Koh Samui away from the crowds and want total relaxation, luxury, peace and fantastic service come to Samujana. We are a family of four and this was our second stay and it was just at good as the first. The Samujana estate is well set out offer each villa privacy and comfort. We had our own rooms all very spacious and a large out door area with dining table, large comfortable couches and a beautiful infinity pool, this was the area we spent the most time together as a family swimming most of the day. The views are also outstanding. You have your own manager and villa maid and they take care of you and any needs you may have - nothing is a problem for them and they are the most wonderful people. Each morning breakfast is prepared for you including fresh fruit and juices. The villas are beautifully maintained and very clean. Samujana is located a short distance from the airport and they are there to meet to you on arrival. It is also conveniently located to Chaweng, the Big Bhudda, Bophut and the fisherman markets and village. I cannot speak highly enough of Samujana and cannot thank them enough for making our holiday and stay so beautiful, enjoyable and memorable. We will return again:-)

Had the most amazing week in this totally stunning and beautifully appointed villa . So beautifully apportioned with a large communal area surrounding the large affinity pool with the most stunning views . Beautiful large bedrooms with a lot of privacy . I loved the massage and movie rooms and the attentive staff led by the lovely Krit , pandered to our every need . Every luxury was provided . The barbecue area affords a fun setting for dinner prior to a last evening dip in the pool and sunsets and sundowners were a highlight ! . Beautifully tranquil yet easily accessible to lovely local markets and some fabulous restaurants . Just perfect . Couldn’t recommend it highly enough .

Our family of five, with children aged 7-15, had an incredible stay in Villa 19 during our few nights in July. We were all absolutely captivated by every aspect of this accommodation. Upon arrival, we were immediately taken aback by the breathtaking view of the ocean. It was truly amazing. The infinity pool, along with the expansive property, was impressive in size and left us in awe. We particularly enjoyed the sunken outdoor living area, which provided a wonderful space to relax with the added comfort of ceiling fans keeping us cool outside. The bedrooms were all spacious and each had large en-suite bathrooms. To our delight, two of the bedrooms even had separate outdoor spas attached, adding an extra touch of luxury. The cinema room became a favorite among our kids, providing them with endless entertainment. Additionally, the gym was a hit, allowing us to stay active during our stay. The culinary experience at the villa was outstanding, and we chose to dine there for the entirety of our visit due to the delicious food. The breakfast was especially delightful, featuring a fresh selection of seasonal fruits, cereals, and pastries. We also appreciated the cooked breakfast, which included eggs made to our liking. The staff at the villa were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, making our stay even more memorable. Our Villa Manager, Apple, and Kai went above and beyond to ensure that our time at Samujana was unforgettable. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Apple, Kai, and the entire Samujana team. We can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in the future.

This place is just something else. We stayed for 8 nights in Villa 16 with our host Num, who was friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast everyday had a choice of Thai, American or Continental, all were great. We had the private chef experience twice and ate from room service once. Every meal was superb. We also ate at the Beach Bar, where you can have a few cocktails or play a few games, overlooking the Ocean. Food choice down there was limited but they are just building a pizza oven. Our villa had a TV room and pool table. To be honest there were so many places to just chill out we felt we didn't have chance to enjoy enough of them all. If you fancy a different view you can also pop next door to the SeaDance resort. Wherever we go in the world this place will be hard to top.
