We had a lovely warm welcome from Jan (and the cats!). Our room was stunning and so cozy that we cut a night out short so we could set the wood burning stove in action and snuggle up. Bed and linen are wonderful, attention to detail throughout is exceptional. We enjoyed a generous breakfast in the conservatory watching the pheasants...

Stayed here for one night for our wedding anniversary + husbands birthday. Lovely warm welcome from hosts. Room is on the end of the house so feels private with its own front door. Highlights - wood burner in room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast + heated floor in bathroom. Would highly recommend for a romantic break. Outside seating area for the...

A great homely cottage style experience . Made most welcome and a real refreshing attention to detail that is mostly overlooked elsewhere. Faultless really! Parking was a little tight but we had a large car. Well done on a great place to stay. Well recommended to anyone

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The bedroom is lovely with a modern shower room en-suite with underfloor heating. I had been concerned that the bedroom might be chilly, but electric heaters made it very welcoming and the sweet wood burner added a romantic touch if you wanted to use it. (I was very touched...

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst attending a wedding . From the moment we arrived, quite late at night, we were made to feel most welcome by Jan and Andrew. The room is superb with an excellent sized shower room off to one side, the bed most comfortable. Breakfast served in the conservatory was just delightful with a choice...

Jan and Andrew were perfect hosts from start to finish. My partner (now Fiance!) worked with Jan and Andrew to surprise me for my birthday which included a fantastic 3 course homemade meal which was absolutely delicious! They went to so much effort that the proposal from my partner was perfect! We had breakfast in the beautiful garden on the...

A lovely room in a lovely location. Jan & Andrew were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome, not to mention the hearty delicious breakfasts, with freshly squeezed orange juice & fresh homemade bread! Thank you very much. Phil & Sarah

Having read previous reviews on tripadvisor, this B&B was described as 'quirky' and it is certainly different but in a very good way. Jan and Andrew couldn't be more helpful and friendly - we very much enjoyed getting to know them in their kitchen over a cup of tea when we arrived. The accommodation was very comfortable - lovely roomy...

Andrew & Jan, our hosts at Foxhole, were delightful and nothing was too much trouble, from booking us a cab to giving us tips about things to see in Suffolk. The accommodation was quirky, comfortable and just had that 'extra something'. Our breakfast, which was laid out in the garden, was superb. Home grown fruits, home-made preserves and excellent coffee....

We first visited Fox Cottage in July 2012. It was perfect - so good in fact that we vowed to return. Well, we did just that. Foxhole B&B does not disappoint. The welcome is genuinely warm, the accommodation charming and comfortable, the freshly-cooked food delicious. The experience of breakfast in the conservatory takes some beating. Jan and Andrew obviously work...
