We had a great stay at Athens Lotus Hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive. You can tell that they enjoy the working environment. Location-wise the hotel is 25 minutes walk to acropolis and to the old city of Athens, Plaka. The area is quite rough but the metro station is less than a minute walk from the hotel....

The hotel is a few metro stops on the train from the centre of the town and all the sight seeing attractions. The location is not far from the city but it is a bit far from the airport by transport. The street outside is nothing special, neither are the restaurants around this area. However the breakfast at this hotel...

The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially George and Elizabeth. The service was excellent. Hotel was very modern, clean, and registry cleaned. Location wasn't in a nice place but it was convenient because the metro was a 1min walk!! Great!!! I loved Athens, and I would highly recommend tourists to visit. Also I would suggest visiting Aegina island, quick...

Absolutely fantastic little hotel. If you're a traveller on a budget who can't afford the swanky places but still wants to stay in a place that treats its customers politely, providing comfort at a good price, Hotel Lotus is a must. The area its based in is a little on the grimy side but not dangerous, despite what you may...

Lotus is three minutes by foot from a metro station, just a few stops from downtown and the Parthenon. For the price, couldn't ask for a better location. A three star ranking would be more appropriate than its current four star ranking, owing to the smallness of rooms, tiny bathrooms, tight showers.

The Lotus Hotel is situated in a quieter area of the city but its easy to get around as its only 3 stops on the metro to Syntagma Square. Arriving in the late evening, we were given a restaurant recommendation that was about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. This was very good and had a local feel as its...

We had a great time staying at the Athens Lotus for four nights. The hotel is newly refurbished, and is very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was excellent. WiFi worked perfectly in our room. Breakfast was good (especially the cake and pastries), although the 'hot' food was luke warm at best. They could improve...
