Really Service was perfect and Service of Breakfast was more than efficient and make me one of the best in many times. Food was no so much but really was nice. When I arrived room was so cold(13 degrees) and this hotel not have any luxury but there is correct probably expensive for the city we are speaking but OK.

Great service, best Best Western hotel I stayed! Staff is charming and welcoming! Internet wasnot reliable, however it seems it was connected with the construction side - still no noise! If you need to visit the hospital - as in our case it's the perfect location - spacious rooms!

Quaint little hotel, that has all you need and is well located. It is close enough to downtown that you can get there for about 8 euro in a cab or walk for about 30 min and enjoy the sceanery as you walk. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is a good blend of European and western style...

This hotel is well located for all transport, bus and metro. It is situated in a residential side road, very quiet, but only a couple of minutes away from a lovely square with lively bars, shops.bakery, cafe and restaurants. Our room, located on the 3rd floor was very spacious, nice large bathroom and comfortable bed. Appreciated tea/coffee tray. Breakfast was fine...

Decent hotel. Good wifi, nice room, good breakfast, attentive and helpful staff. Cons - of a side street, so can be tricky to find first time, wall and doors can be quite thin could hear doors slamming and people chatting at two in morning. Shower out dated and quite slippy

The internet representation of this hotel is not accurate. My rating would be poor was it not for the attempt of some of the staff for amends to the very poor service but more so unpleasant stay primarily due to the general state of the hotel. This hotel is part of Best Western and the Plus and approved level would...

The reception staff (male) at night and in the evening were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us well. The reception staff (female) in the afternoon was not at all friendly.
