The hotel is on a calm street, near the Museum and the City Tour buses, 10 minutes away from the underground, quite convenient for a reasonable price. The room conditions were good, but the internet was not working for almost 2 days (apparently the problem was not only in the hotel, butn that's inaceptable now). The breakfast room was too...

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Our room had a balcony which is great. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The personnel was effective, friendly and very helpful. The wifi was a bit slow, sometimes working, and other times not. The location of the hotel is good. Thanks again to the people at...

My brother and I would arrive in Greece at 3 am, we contacted the hotel for help to move from the airport to the hotel. They kindly responded and gave us a step by step guide how to buy bus tickets, which bus to take, which stop to take, and so on. The yogurt at breakfast is AMAZING!!! However, I...

A pathetic welcom in a poorly attended neighborhood. A thief stole a wallet and hotel staff did not help us, we were disturbing us... Air conditioning was not well resolved, we have to get down to have a remote control. Also for television that does not work, the image is blurred ... The bed was tilted, I had the blood...

Convenient location, clean, simple, good wifi, excellent breakfast if you like fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice (done by yourself), nice and skilled staff, nice bars at walking distance. Not for romantic couples.

Very helpful and friendly staff - excellent breakfast and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The graffiti on the buildings around the hotel give it a rather rundown feel - but must say we never had any thing negative happen during our stay of nearly a week. Our car was also parked outside on the road - not secure parking...

This is a perfectly good hotel in its own category. It does not pretend to be luxurious, but does very well for a shorter visit without breaking the bank. The rooms are smallish and bathrooms tiny, but sufficiently well equipped and pristine. Yes, the floor gets wet when showering, but bathmats are available and in the summer heat the room...

We attended at an international convention of Jehovah's Witnesses and we accomodated in this hotel. During our stay there the whole staff was extremely attentive and flexible. We have much appreciated their work. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, we were very satisfied with everything. Thanks again to everyone, especially Korahai Margarita, the administrator...

Staying in Exarchia

Neighbourhood Profile
Exarchia
Exarchia is in many ways Athens’ best-kept secret, discovered by relatively few international visitors. Located behind the main University and Polytechnic buildings, it is unsurprisingly home to many students, intellectuals and politicos. This is reflected in the area’s vibrant street art and graffiti, which seems to cover almost every inch of wall space. Some of the best Athenian tavernas are located here, as well as its most alternative bars and underground music venues. You'll find political bookshops and quirky stores here, yet it is also a neighborhood inhabited by families and older folk. On Saturdays, punks and grandmothers alike head for Kallidromiou Street, nestled below Strefi Hill, to pick up fresh produce at the traditional laiki agora (street market).
