Our stay at the Marble House was great - kind owners, very comfortable rooms and an ideal location. And, all at a very affordable rate. I doubt that you'll find anything better in Athens at this price! Terrific place!

Our stay at Marble House was fantastic, we really couldn't have found a better place for what we needed. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, great location and most of all, really friendly helpful staff. It made our short stay really special and we are very grateful for the advice, help and warm welcome we recieved. I would definately return.

Booking was very easy, with excellent directions to the hotel. It is located very centrally, yet in a quiet cul de sac. There is also a brilliant traditional restaurant serving homemade Greek food just around the corner in Zinni Street, and a 24 hour cafe ( scrummy baklava) in Syngrou Avenue. Christos could not have been more helpful, giving us...

we stayed two night in marblehouse. Its a nice and quite place for having its location in this big city only a few minutes away to acropolis. The area around the hotel is nice and near by the nice parts of athens. The rooms are gorgeous, they have a little balcony and they are very clean. The owner family is...

We stayed 2 nights at Marble House at the beginning of our Greece adventure. I would say that this hotel is fine given the price we paid (45 euros per night) but the accommodations are very basic. What we liked: The location which is close to the Plaka, public transport and yet situated in a quiet area. The in-room WiFi....

This hotel is located on a quiet street, which is only 10 minutes walk to the Acropolis and the city center, it's only 5 minutes walk to the Metro station. The room was very clean, and the hotel is well organised, owner family is friendly and helpful. reasonably priced, budget friendly as well.

The hotel is very close to the main archaeological sites in Athens (10-minute walk) and is situated in a quiet street without traffic. This means that the noise from the street is very limited. The price is very reasonable and the room and bathroom was clean, with a change of towels every day. The room was small, so it's not...

Only 15 minutes away from downtown this hotel is a nice place for few days staying. Rooms are quiet small but clean and affordable. Staff is really friendly and helpful. If we had to go back to Athens, we'd definetely go back there!

Nice and close to the metro station, clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff with a lot of local knowledge (the owner was born in the property!), it's a 10 minute walk to the foot of acropolis and the tourist centre of Athens, Plaka. The price is very reasonable. Free Wi-fi in rooms, free use of desktop computer in the...
