When I asked for another towel (as we were provided with one less than needed), instructions for the AC and the time of breakfast, I was met with visceral anger from the receptionist.
The place is decorated by a Greek granny but it shouldn’t bother anyone who wants a place to stay on the cheap but yet a few metro stops from Akropoli. The breakfast is filling but basic. The nearby Bread factory...
The buffet breakfast provided was the best we had in our two-week Greek adventure - a recommended hotel

Big rooms, comfortable, very clean and modern with coffee machine. The near by area is red light district and if you don’t mind that it is an excellent choice. The staff is very helpful. Unfortunately there is no parking available but that was not a problem for me since parking is easy in the near by roads.

We really liked this hotel and we’re shocked to read the previous guest review The area is interesting and a nice change for the over touristy areas . Lots of local eateries nearbye and very easy to access all areas of Athens via the metro. It was a 29min walk to the Plaka . Rooms were great - clean and modern and exactly like the pictures. New bathrooms, big desk, fridge - perfect The large rooftop area had a terrific view of the Acropolis and we had drinks there every night (BYO ) Staff were super helpful and even made sure we had ice for our rooftop drinks. My only small criticisms were that the taps in the bathroom were hard to work out and some of the fittings needed to be fixed. The hotel was great value for money

L’hôtel est moderne. Il est central dans Athènes (à toute proximité du métro). Les chambres sont très spacieuses : c’est un bon rapport qualité prix ; l’accueil est aimable. Les points faibles : le quartier (beaucoup de prostitution avec les “maisons de tolérance” dans la rue”) ; la maintenance des chambres inexistante (porte de douche manquante, ampoule défaillante..)

Terrible place, that’s the reason is always cheap. It is located in an area full of junkies in Athens. The hotel locks the main entrance door during day time - that does tell you something. Reasonably central, they didn’t lie about that but you wouldn’t want to walk there. Rooms are basic, although clean, Wi-Fi so so. I spent an hour in the room and found a better place. Of course hotel didn’t offer any compensation.
