After reading all the bad reviews, we were a little bit nervous about staying at this hotel. But we found that the good things about it surpassed the bad. First, the breakfast may not be the best culinary expeience, but it was not as bad as many wrote. There was a variety of food, fresh fruits, (greek) yogourt, pastry, etc....

I stayed at this hotel while on a group tour. The elevators were very tiny and the hotel staff seemed overwhelmed with handling groups and their luggage. The dinners were adequate, but nothing too exciting. The Wi-Fi was only available in the Lobby and it was very slow. The Breakfast buffets offered Capuccino and Hot Chocolate machines which were delicious....

Good Hotel. well located. however you can see the scaling down. only 2 of 6 elevators are working. Break Fast starts at 7 but only half, the main breakfast comes in at 7.30 by them most going early have left. Thats wrong way of saving money. The rooms are good, but scaled down to barest minimum.

This is a very disappointing hotel in almost every single respect. The only good things about it are the rooftop pool and bar with breathtaking views, but even this is spoiled by the terrible service and even worse attitude of the wait staff. The location is OK but not great. Despite being advertised as being close to the Metro, it...

Whilst the lobby and rooftop bar/pool are quite nice, the rooms were very old. They still have tube TV's, the carpet was worn, a/c didn't really work, the shower was broken, as was the room door which didn't close as the latch kept getting stuck-in. You have to pay for WiFi anywhere other than the lobby and pool. There's little...

Having traveled a lot all over the globe I can honestly say this was THE worst hotel I have EVER stayed in - by far! While booking.com reviews and scores of this hotel are usually in line with my expectations, this one for sure is not. Experience was same for a couple traveling with us! 1) Asked for a double...

A very average hotel. Unless you get a room on offer, I would never recommend coming here. Try to avoid the restaurants (both serve the same menu). We've ordered 4 mains, not even one tasted good. They would rip you off, if given the opportunity. My wife asked room service for a small glass of milk for our toddler, we've...

Positive: the pool area was lovely and it was cold and excellent for cooling down in when it got too hot, or after a day of exploring Athens. The bar area, or penthouse as they call it, by the pool was also really nice. The staff were good up there and the food was nice. The only reason this has 3...

Recive a Lyxuary hotel to a middle class hotel price! Very elegant and big relaxing room, elegant lobby, elegant rooms, fantastic sky restaurang on 21st floor with swimming pool. Free Wifi works sometimes, sometimes not, but sad to say only in some of the common areas. Swimming pool only open until 19.00, I think they should have open until 23.00....
