Was a bit hard to find! Had to ask for directions a few times . the hostel was fine the rooms were quite nice and clean and bathrooms etc but I didnt meet anyone as I was traveling alone so probably my own fault. Good location, great staff apart from I asked if the metro was running due to strikes...

We stayed in a private room at this hotel/inn. The area was great.. Good access to shops and food options. The street it's on is a little sketchy but if you cross the street directly in front of the hotel and go down the cross street (under vines), it leads to great food places and shopping near the main square...

Great location close to all good restaurants and sites, great service and roof bar with view over Acropolis. Roof bar is a best place to meet amazing people from all over the world and bartender makes every night there a great experience.

The location of this hostel was incredible. Only a 20 min walk to the Acropolis, and a 5 minute walk to Monastiraki station, marketplace, shops and food. The reason for my low rating was because the rooms were disappointingly small. We booked a 4 person room to discover the room should've been a single room, but had instead been crammed...

I've stayed at Pella Inn these days and have absolutely nothing to complain about it. The location is just perfect, a little walk from the main train station, main attractions and a bunch of food & nightlife places. The rooftop view for Acropolis is amazing, with also a bar up there with a great atmosphere. The staff is not only...

Pella Inn Hostel is easy to get to from the airport. Hop on the Metro Line 3 from the airport to Monastiraki station. I booked a room with a private bathroom and balcony on the 4th floor with a great view of the Acropolis. Room was decently sized, clean, and comfortable. Location was very convenient and I was able to...

Booked a 4 bed room for 3 people. The room was very clean, bathroom too. Towels were not provided but we asked the maid and she gave us some. Bathroom was full of water due to the open shower. Only negative was the open shower and the lack of towels. Apart from that the location is great (2 minutes from...

Staying in Psirri / Gazi

Neighbourhood Profile
Psirri / Gazi
Side-by-side neighbourhoods Psirri and Gazi provide some of the city’s prime nightlife. The almost claustrophobic streets of Psirri feature an interesting blend of original small businesses with the restaurants, cafés and bars that have recently sprouted up. The central artery of Agion Anargiron Street has lively places to eat or drink. Further west, you can visit the peaceful ancient cemetery of Keramikos, then cross busy Pireos Street to find yourself in Gazi. With the huge Technopolis performance and art complex converted from old gasworks at its heart, you really have to come at night to appreciate this maze of bars at its best, although a daytime stroll will allow you to admire the excellent street art.
