I have read the reviews before booking our rooms so I knew it might be a problem with noise. That's why I asked quite rooms, facing the other side (not main street) in my booking. Also called the hotel 3 weeks before my arrival date to confirm that quite rooms on a high floor will be accommodated for us. On...

Good location in centre of Athens. We were able to walk to the Acropolis and all of the tourist sites. Hotel staff were polite and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean with air con. Good breakfast. Despite the name, no room views of the Acropolis. Computer in lobby for free use by guests was very useful. Booked a one day...

This hotel is well situated for the Acropolis, the Plaka and the Metro. It is on a busy main street and rooms facing the street can hear the traffic, especially if the window is open. The good news is that by later in the evening the traffic volume does abate sufficiently, and I did get a good night's sleep. In...

Helpful friendly staff. Clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. The fresh orange juice, cherries & yoghurt were especially good. Easy to find from Syntagma Square, & only 5 mnutes walk from The Acropolis Museum.

Most attractions like Acropolis, Hadrian's Gate and Plaka are within walking distance from this hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs. My room was in the third floor and it was comfortable.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be ok. The staff are friendly and very helpful and hotel is tidy and clean. There weren't lifts to our floor so we had to lug our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs but a member of staff assisted. Our room wasn't ideal for a couple as there were 2...

The location is ok with two reasonably close Metro stops, a restaurant/bar area close by, and Acropolis Fairly close. The hotel? No info in rooms regarding hotel facilities and services, empty minibar ( I would not have used it but many people do), no city map or guidance offered on arrival, breakfast is in a basement that feels like one,...

This hotel is in an ideal location and the staff members are spot on in the customer service area. Donna was a joy when she greeted us after our 10 hour flight. She made us feel better than family. Our every need was promptly met. I did not want to leave.

I booked 2 nights. The first night, the noise was so bad all night that I forfeited my non-refundable 2nd night and went to the Plaka area. The hotel offered me another room, directly above my room, but I declined. It felt like I was sleeping on the street. Also, there were no blackout curtains and the room felt like...

The staff here was more then wonderful to our family. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by name by Donna who was the front desk host. She and Billy was absolutely amazing. We were upgraded to the family room and were treated like family from the time we entered until the day we left. The location was PERFECT, in walking...
