It was our first family holiday in a hotel with our 1 year old daughter. When we arrived, the stunning building, modern, arty decor and faultless welcome procedure at once reminded me of the hotels we preferred pre-family and filled me with dread because they were never welcoming of children. It turned out we had found the best of both... More

We had a great week at Daios cove, we stayed in a suite, which gave us loads of room with our son sleeping on a bed in the lounge, and we had a separate room with a lounge area. We had a huge patio and a private pool, but this was too cold in October to use. We had warm... More

We chose to spend the second leg of our Greek honeymoon in Crete, taking the boat down from Santorini. Arriving at Daios Cove late in the evening, we were grateful for having the dinner buffet available, although our initial welcome to the hotel could've perhaps been a bit slicker - firstly, we were made to wait longer than expected for... We enjoyed a week at Daios Cove in mid October, having got a good deal online. We've had some fantastic holidays in recent years, but this was our first with our 4 month old baby, so we wanted somewhere on a similar level to what we were used to, but equally would feel comfortable with a baby.... in short -... The resort is unquestionably beautiful and far exceeded my expectations, even after reading the reviews prior to our trip. We were staying on a half board basis in a room with a private pool. The food was good and varied each evening. The Bueno dessert on the Italian night was phenomenal. Breakfast was also good quality and varied. You actually... More

Despite same sex relationships not being accepted in this part of Greece only one member of staff seemed to have an issue with it. Everybody else that we came into contact with was amazing. The place was beautiful and has everything you need. If you want to go exploring you can, easy access to taxis and car hire. Otherwise great... More

First of all, I want to advice everyone to book a taxi in the hotel as you don't want to sit in a bus after your flight. The taxi is very luxury and as soon as the driver starts his way to the hotel, you feel like you're on vaccation. The hotel has a unique setting and is ideal for... More

We went in mid October to avoid the uk school holidays but forgot that German half term was in operation! However the Hotel was big enough and facilities for both Adults and children so good that though full we were never bothered by unwanted crowding, noise or anything else. The hotel promised 5 star and lived up to the promise.... More

The service was amazing, the staff was very friendly, the location was perfect and the facilities are very nice. We will definitely consider it for our next summer holidays also. I definitely recommend it.

Very kid friendly resort with plenty to do. The Scott Dunn kids club is excellent and our two girls (4 and 2) loved it there. The hotel does exactly what it says on the tin, but it has a bit of a Vegas or Dubai feel given the size of it and the buffet style dinners. The a la carte... More
