We arived to the hotel to check in and didint find anyone at the reception , 10-15minutes later a young kid with tattoos on his face and neck arived and said our room was not ready yet , later he went outside to finish his coffee and smoke while we where waiting. One hour later the room was ready, it had a great view of the city-lake and was clean,perfect place to enjoy the city and relax. In conclusion everything was perfect regarding the room and hotel facilities, the staff was very helpfull to provide us with information about the city and places to visit, exept one of the two young kids on the front office.One of them and also the lady we saw next morning was very kind to give us information about the city and places to eat and swim.The other employee with face tattoos was rude to us and ruined our first night. The rooms that have viewofthe lake are amazing and i would definately recomend them to anyone that is looking to visit the city for few days…

We have stayed in other much more expensive hotels in the centre of Agios but the studio with lake view room at Du Lac beats them all. The hotel is situated overlooking the lake in the centre of town. There is no noise at all when the balcony doors are closed. We returned everyday to an immaculately clean room. Great shower too! Can’t wait to return.

This beautiful little hotel overlooks a lake with fishing boats and restaurants on one side and a cobbled street the other. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are totally adequate with huge king size beds , rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is right in the hub of beautiful shops, bars and restaurants. One of the best little hotels we have ever stayed in and recommend you stay, a big 10 out of 10. We had a Very Pleasant stay at Hotel Du Lac. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. Our absolutely spotless room overlooked the lake, giving us a beautiful view to wake up to. The Du Lac Cafe is also very good. We eat there several times and definitely recommend it.

Location is great for those wanting to be in the hustle and bustle of a town centre with all the sounds and smells that go with it. I love this hotel and have stayed many times. Would always recommend it because of the location and the friendliness of the staff. There is no breakfast, but there are plenty of places nearby to just grab something on the go, or sit and have a longer leisurely meal. The hotel have just opened a new restaurant ‘Strava’, where guests can enjoy meals overlooking the lake and a 10% discount. The rooms are clean, have air conditioning, a fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. The hotel also offers apartments as accommodation.

Hotel is located in the center. The room is spacious, with a wonderful view on the lake. The welcome from the lady's reception can be improved. No tourist information to share. 1 night maximum in Agios Nikolaos is enough.

My wife and I stayed two nights (17 and 18 October 2020). This place is spotlessly clean and has all you need. We found it very comfortable and good value for money. Locations is ideal, especially rooms overlooking the lake. Their cafe next door seems very popular with the locals. We had breakfast and lunch there and food was excellent (see accompanying photo). Highly recommend this place.

Very nice location, newly renovated rooms, only things that is unfortunate very common in Greece is hard beds, they cases even here . Fantastic view from balcony! Very central located. Nice staff. Cafés and restaurants allows over.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel daring the high season, with the special case of Covid-19. The hotel was great located, close to all souvenir shops and all restaurants in Aghios Nicolaos city. The room had great lake view, and was cheap enough, after taking into consideration the period. If i had to point out some area to be improved, this would be that the rooms need some kind of renovation. However, i can understand that this could be because of the crisis in tourism in Greece. I would strongly suggest it to everyone
