It was the worst experience ever. Poor administration, poor food, maybe they just cleaned the rooms well. If you don't want to spoil your vacation, don't stay. For some reason the previous reviews 2022 are deleted.

We spent 1 week here, the only positive was the bathroom in our room was nice, the rest was disgusting, we ate here once and we're appalled at the choice and quality of food, the roof top bar was only open late afternoon and the drinks were disgusting, we saw the owner coughing on the food, the out of hours snacks were stale biscuits. Please stay away.

Worst hotel I have ever been to, according to some staff they are told they have to submit false reviews. Please stay away from the dirty pool, approx 2vmeters x 6 meters, the food which is beyond awful and not always cooked. We only scored it 1 as there is no lower score. The photos have so obviously been through photoshop

Fantastic hotel. Very polite staff. We received a free complimentary upgrade to the best sea side view room you can think of. Well done people! Exceeding customer's expectation is the best possible strategy! Thank you very much!

Excellent hotel. High level staff. An ideal place for those who are planning a trip to one of the most beautiful cities of Crete - Agios Nikolaos. Gorgeous view of the bay. Perfectly clean rooms and great food.

Very nice and cozy hotel with great location. The city center is just 5 min away. We had the best sea view ever. It was relaxing and calm experience just what we needed. The room was small but it had everything we expected!

The hotel it’s self was very clean and in a good location….. I had no issues with staff they all seemed very friendly…. The biggest let down for this hotel was the food it was terrible I paid to do all inclusive but it wasn’t worth the money as I ate out most nights… with being a 4star hotel I would of thought there would of been tea/coffee making in your room but there wasn’t…. I would stay at this hotel again but would go self catering….
