We stayed there for one night, two adults and two kids. We booked a family room with breakfast and the price was really really good..... But for a reason.... The hotel was probably renovated some years back but from then it was all downhill. You can really notice both in the room and the rest of the hotel premises that no serious maintenance is being carried out. We had to change our family room to a smaller one cause we found small cockroaches on the room table!!!!! Avoid the hotel if you can afford it.

A great city hotel. A short walk to the harbour, museums, city centre and shops. Everything was clean. The room was a decent size for our budget. The breakfast was excellent and served in a roof top terrace with great views of the city walls. All the staff were lovely and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms and beds are comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast is substantial, with a commanding maritime view. Staff are bilingual and helpful. Walking distance to piazza, bus station and the fort.

Charming hotel near the city center with a wonderful staff, nice clean rooms, a great breakfast buffet, terrific bar and restaurant on the 5th floor with a great view of the sea. You will cherish your stay here!

Small but cozy room, very helpful staff , 5 km from the airport .. actually if you aren't planning to go outside Hersklio you won't need s car, just 10 min walking from the centre and shopping area. Nice view upon breakfast will cover the rest

This hotel is not as bad as some of the reviews say and it is a decent hotel however I did see some water on the walls and a cracked bed panel but these things did not ruin my stay the breakfast is a nice continental breakfast. the only way the food could be better is if they had clotted cream for the croissants but this was not expected.

It is not a 4 star hotel. We have paid a deluxe room and get a standard room. Only after several complaints, they have changed our room. The breakfast is poor. On the other hand,they offered us a free dinner to pay back for the discomfort, but… finnanly they asked us to pay the dinner… very very embarrassing. Stay in another place if you want a 4 star hotel!

Good air conditioning room plus the most brilliant power shower and a breakfast view from the terrace across the city to the port. Good price for one night stay before going to holiday hotel.the breakfast was really nice and lovely coffee. Useful to have supermarket across the road.

Super hotel! Very kind and happy people. Very clean convenient place, close to the center of Heraklion. Fully Renovated building with minimal Aesthetic. Very clean. The people in the reception and the restaurant are awesome. Nice breakfast and view. Excellent choice!
