It’s a really nice hotel. Right in the centre of Ierapetra. You can walk until there like 5 minutes. The hotel is super clean, modern and so friendly. The prices are really good. The rooms are amazing super clean with hot water all the time and strong wifi. The breakfast is good too. Strongly suggest to stay there.

Very kind staff available at any time even before arrival with useful information. Convenient private parking. Excellent breakfast with typical tasty products. Perfect Wi-Fi. Room wasn’t perfectly clean and the shower has no curtain. Ierapetra and surroundings are not beautiful in my opinion and I think it is the ugliest and dirtiest city in Crete but it deserves a stop to reach the fantastic island of Chrissi. The air conditioning motor placed on the balcony towards the room and the outdoor-table is not a stroke of genius and makes it impossible to enjoy it.

I would definitely visit it again. Nice rooms and decor. The staff is wonderful. I would suggest to them to better their breakfast services. Otherwise I am very happy with the overall stay. Also the location is very convinient and the hotel offers a parking space

Ierapetra is a charming little town, perfect for a relaxing holiday by the seaside. The beaches are wonderful, the people very friendly and there are lots of nice reasonably priced restaurants. Galaxy Hotel is good value for money. I was very pleased to get a nice room with a balcony. The bathroom needed refurbishments, but it is great to have a bathroom with a window. The staff was very helpful and made my stay a very pleasant one. What I wonder about is why it is not possible to find a hotel in Ierapetra that allows dogs. Crete has this huge problem with home-less dogs and when you come from abroad to adopt one of them it is not even possible to take it with you to your hotel.

We booked this hotel so we were in the area for the boat trips to Chrissi Island, we only had a one night stay with breakfast and air con included in the price. The hotel is ideally situated for the boat trips and is in the better end of the town near to plenty of bars and restaurants etc. I had a car so parking can be an issue but we found a parking space in the street easily enough. The staff in reception were friendly and helpful and took us to our room to make sure everything was ok. Breakfast was buffet style with the usual cheese, ham, eggs, omelette etc it was tasty and plentiful. The bed was comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. It was a lovely hotel and was faultless in every way.

Very nice hotel, newly remodeled -very pleasant. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Very clean. It is situated on a main street with easy access to the waterfront tavernas and bars. Overall a positive experience and would recommend for short stays.Parking may be an issue, though NB: Ask for a room with a remodeled bathroom. Our room was fine but the other couple's bathroom was older and less functional

It was honestly the perfect place to stay. The staff is very kind and hospital, the rooms are clean and neat and nice. The breakfast has variety and it is fresh and well cooked. I highly recommend it.

Lovely place, very very nice staff, with high service. Clean hotel, nice breakfast and rooms. 24 hours reception. Lerapetra is a relaxed town, and the hotel is in the center, short distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Fine shops in the areal. We highly recommands the hotel and Hope to visit it again. Been there for 1 night, room are ok, so as the A/C. Breakfast is very good and diverse. A parking is available if necessary. Receptionnists are very nice and helpful. Ideally located not far away from the boardwalk. Thank you :)
