Nice hotel with solid location, but definitely not 4 star material. Rooms - not so big, but adequate - rooms in the main building are very noisy (101-102 extremely), especially on the greek/disco night, as guests are clueless and dont close the doors, but even on normal day you will hear everything happening outside your room - shampoo/shower gel are...

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Hotel has direct access to sand+gravel beach , but beware of entering water as seabed is very uneven with rocks and slippery rock sheleves - surf shoes are a good bet.Hotel provides free umbrellas with beach beds and there's a great bar right at beach and pool area with free drinks for all inclusive patients....

Hotel is really nice. It is located in a street with a lot of shops and services. The selection of food in hotel restaurant is not so large, but it varies every day and traditional meals (briam, dalmades, moussaka and tzatziki) are often served. Good location, close to Rethymno. A lot of shops nearby. Good food. Undrinkable coffee in the breakfast menu and instead of orange juice they serve some liquid vaguely resembling orange juice. The hotel staff is excellent, very friendly. Overall rating - Very, very good, but maybe not excellent.

I will present first the weak points of the hotel - if you are located in the main building prepare yoursef for a noisy stay. You will hear everything that is happening on the hallway (doors slaming, the maid moving furniture, people taking ) - the room is very poorly decorated (2 stars level - very small tv, small closet,...

Hotel is fantastic. Located on the beach, where are sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff is very friendly and kind. Helps with every wish. Offered food is very good, tasty, everyone can find something nice. Travel time was the last week of May 2013. Very nice little hotel by the sea, everything was close at hand. Fairly quiet. A large swimming pool and separate children's pool. We spent ten days in this hotel, and truthfully enjoyed all. All the hotel staff were wonderful, friendly, considerate, patient and informative. Our room was the standard twin room, this was clean and everything worked properly. The beds were fine and we both slept well. The food was good, and we used the restaurant each day, finding it clean, tidy...

First of all, this hotel was notably clean; after all, then - its location is, nevertheless, good; despite the stony sea. The main value of this hotel is staff - polite, helping, amiable everywhere - in reception, in restaurant, in every other place. Alas, there are mosquitos in Crete. I can't see remedy.
