The hotel has a wonderful location overlooking the main town. Yes to get there you do have to walk through the back streets (a feature of many small towns and villages in Greece) with steps up and down, however the main square is only about 5 to 10 minutes away depending on how hot it is and your energy levels....

Hotell Hiona Art is very nice located in the harbour of Chalki. The room are ecxellent with sea view and there are sunbuds just outside your balcony. The swimming is the best in Greece! The water is fresh, clean and has the right temperature. It is easy to get access with a ladder. In the evenings you have a really...

This hotel has recently changed its name to St Nicolas Boutique Hotel. Access to the hotel is very difficult, except if you can fly, since although it is very near to the port their is no direct road, you have to walk about 2Km (25 minutes walk) up and down hill to get there since cars are not permitted in...

This is by far the best available accomodation on Halki-which is a beautiful quiet island. The hotel is clean and modern and in the most fantastic location. It is comfortable with well furnished rooms and a good bathroom. The view from the balony is spectacular-right across the bay over the clear water to the rest of the picture perfect village...

We arrived with our baby child, greeted very cordially and were told that we could ask for everything we wished. The lobby...

Halki island is a small and secluded island next to its big brother Rhodes. Hotel Hiona Art is the only hotel on the island - it's a simple 3 star and one should not expect too much. Rooms are clean but simple, breakfast not very rich ( but not different from majority of the Greek 3 star hotels )and service...

We have stayed in many Greek hotels over the years, large and small. The majority have met and even exceeded our exectations. At first sight the Hiona Art, a newish hotel, is very well positioned on the water's edge at the end of Halki village. The room was well appointed and the public spaces well furnished, particularly the exterior aeas...

Recently returned from this beautifully refurbished hotel. Our room was very nicely appointed and so was the bathroom. In this respect it justified its 4 star rating. In all other respects I have stayed in better 2 star hotels in Greece. The Manager needs to go on a "People skills" course. He could barely acknowledge you. The breakfasts were less...
