We stayed here from 11 nights in September read the reviews which were all good but did wonder why there wasn't any since 2014, this was probably because most of the guests were German and obviously used by their tour operators, we found the hotel to be exactly what we needed very clean a typical Greek breakfast staff friendly and...

This is simple hotel, for someone who dont need much different things. Breakfast was bread, butter, marmelade, cheese and ham. and coffee and tea of course. beach is very near and also kos town. Everything is ok and this is very nice hotel if you stay longer.

The hotel is lovely. It's just three or four minutes from the beach (depending on your flipflop walking speed), and not that from from Kos City centre. Other reviews are correct - the breakfast is a bit naff. We had it for the first morning, and decided that we wouldn't do that again. Instead we just walked a little up...

Internet works in your room at least it did in ours but is really slow and sometimes disconecting but usable. Breakfast is same at all times do not expect too much but at least you have it :-). Hotel is nice and clean. It is situated about 15 min of walking from the city center. Breakfast is very basic, but enough that you are not hungry. Rooms are clean and with very basic equipment. Bathroom could be better, but it is OK for the money you pay. Overall, I would choose it again and recomend it to undemanding...

Clean hotel and good staff! Mosquitos was little bit disturbing thing in night,if the balcony door is open! But anyway the room was clean every day! The sea is only 100m away from the hotel and nearest shop was only 30m ! The hotel swimming pool was only for children family's?

This was our 19th visit to this lovely hotel. We return time after time because it is perfect for us. The owners Michaelis and Moritsa are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is spotlessly clean due to the hardworking staff, who have very high standards. The towels and bed linens are changed regularly and are...

The first impression of the hotel is the very nice and friendly personnell. The check-in was very quick and we got a larger air-conditioned room on the second floor which we had paid extra for. The room was indeed quite spacious however there wasn´t much room on the floor because of the extra third bed in the room (which we...

“You'll definitely want to add the air conditioning for the night - five euros per night - as it's not possible to sleep in the heat. Nothing to do with the hotel. This will be the same in all hotels on Kos.”
