At a uniquely picturesque location right at the Kos Harbor, the 4-star Kosta Palace City Hotel, surely amazes. Spacious guestrooms face the medieval castle, while the panoramic roof-top bar and the harbor-front bar veranda offer you fronts seats at the comings and goings of the wooden schooners. Within walking distance, the bustling town center, numerous archaeological sites and beautiful beaches await you.

We needed somewhere to stay near to the harbour and this place was perfect. It is on the opposite side of the harbour from where we landed so it was a 10 minute walk round to get to the but the location is great really. The hotel itself is a little dated, but still very comfortable. we got a top floor Seaview room which was beautiful and we got some amazing views. Credit to Nikos on Reception who was an absolute star. He did everything possible to help us and all with a smile on his face. A real plus for the hotel indeed. The room itself was basic but comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t the best, but we still slept pretty well. The balcony was fabulous and we got great views from that morning noon and night. Where this hotel really comes into its own though is the pool area. This is on the rooftop and it’s really big with plenty of sun beds and chairs and tables in the shade. it made a great place to spend the afternoon after exploring the town in the morning. It is a very accommodating place as well. We managed to get her later checkout without a problem and they also stored our cases for us. I will definitely stay there again when next in town.

We visited Kos for a week last week and stayed at Kosta Palace. This is a fantastic Hotel all-round. Everything you need for a lovely holiday. The main thing is the location, it's perfect. Very central. Just around the corner from everything and it was lovely to eat breakfast by the Harbour. The staff are excellent. Special mention to Nikolas behind Reception and the Manger, she was amazing. Both were always so friendly and helpful. But, everyone is top class. The rooms were basic but what you'd expect from Greece and everything we needed and wanted. The rooms are massive and you have plenty of space to feel at home. We had an inside view over the courtyard but it was still nice to sit on the balcony, especially as the late afternoon sun hits that spot. We only visited the rooftop pool once. The water was a little cold. Lovely area. Plenty of beds even at busy times. Nice snack bar with great views. Breakfast was perfect. Always a space. Great selection of food, different selection of Greek food everyday which was nice to try. All in all I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. You must stop here if you are visiting Kos.

Location 10/10, breakfast 10/10, hotel staff 10/10. We had an apartment and the only issue we had was that the bathroom’s upgrade is well overdue. All the hotel staff are delightful without exception and work hard to make your stay a happy time. The hotel is on a fairly busy road with superb views over the harbour but we couldn’t hear any traffic noise from the first floor. There’s so much to see locally and Kos old town with its history and archaeology sites is a short walk away.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at Kosta Palace. We had a very large 1 bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom (very comfortable beds) and living area. The space was great. We had a side harbour view which was lovely and peaceful. The rooms were cleaned daily by very pleasant ladies. The staff are all genuinely friendly and helpful and the manager (didn't get her name) is always around saying hello and asking if everything is OK. The swimming pool is fantastic. Rather peaceful and breezy and never a problem getting a sunbed as it doesn't open until 10am which is good. Fantastic views over the harbour and plenty of seats to enjoy the view with a drink from the pool/snack bar. Breakfast is lovely. I enjoyed the omelettes and my husband enjoyed the feta cheese and olive paste. We had a late flight home and were able to keep our room until 6pm for a fee of €30 which was reasonable. We really loved Kos. The people are friendly and the food is to die for! I wouldn't stay anywhere else other than Kosta Palace if returning to Kos.

Stayed here again for the 3rd time from the 5th May for two weeks and once again everything was spot on. The hotel is perfectly situated right on the harbour so you can sit and watch the world go by whenever you like from your balcony( provided you book an harbour view) which we always do. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are spotless and the cleaners work so hard to maintain the cleanliness of the whole hotel. Look forward to seeing you all again next year. 🇬🇷🇬🇷

Nothing wrong with the hotel, good value , location and great breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby, great weather. BUT if you want to do island hopping or any other tours forget it till the package tours start at the beginning of May. The local buses are sporadic also in line with this. You can go to Bodrum always a stomach churning experience, did it in 80s but thats all. If you hire a car you can see more obviously, but not an option for me. Staff are fantastic especially the ever smiling Fitnet, no complaints about the hotel its great but just chose the wrong time of the year for me.

This place is exceptional! Absolutely loved every minute of my stay . We stayed in one of the apartments ( with a partial harbour view) which was very spacious with everything you need. We had also added the breakfast which was delicious and plentiful. We had the breakfast every morning outside with the view of the harbour which was just beautiful. I also need to mention the staff. Fitnet on reception was so lovely ! Also Veronica who worked the restaurant was so helpful too . We shall return !

Best location in Kos-Town with beautiful view on the Harbour. Very good breakfast. Rooms are being renovated one by one. We didn’t have a renovated one, but beds are fine! Easy walk to the restaurants around the corner. Lot of shops in Kanari street.

Had five nights here late April with our two adult children. Room had a view of the harbour and was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful with advice on things to do and getting around. Well priced cocktails in the hotel bar also. Breakfast was outstanding with a broad selection.
