When we got off the ferry and asked for directions we were pleasantly surprised. The steps to the hotel were no more than 50 yards away. The hotel was small but ideal for our two day stopover and the people were extremely friendly. We were in the top floor, a huge apartment with a view out into the bay that...

We always enjoy staying at the Anastasia because we love the position : right above the beautiful port so we can watch the boats , and be close to the ferry port on arrival and departure . A lovely little family run hotel , upgraded regularly , where nothing is too much trouble . The rooms are well lit (...

Just behind the police station up 40 steps we were welcomed by our hoteliers to our basement apartment with air conditioning included which was needed during our stay. We had not got utensils or crockery and were offered the hotel kitchen then the very next day given utensils and crockery. Beds and towels changed regularly and room cleaned. The location...

Cheap as chips- breakfast included and we were dead pleased. Owners are lovely and helpful, location is great- right on Stegna beach. A few minor quibbles noisey aircon, no kettle, shower head not attached to wall) but we' d go back.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and I was a little unsure how three weeks would be. We had a semi basement apartment, and although we had no view the apartment had been very well modernised. Comfortable beds, and both the aircon and the shower worked very well. Very good value compared to many places on the...

Stayed here for one night when visiting Symi from Rhodes. It's well placed right off the dock where the main ferries disembark. Very cheap in comparison to other but you can see why. We asked for early check in at 11am which they said was fine, but when we arrived that wasn't the case. They said to come back at...

We stayed here for a week in june and we had no complaints. The room was spacious and comfortable, and although we didn't have a sea view, we had a cute alternative onto some steps. The room was cleaned every couple of days and we had air con for €6 per day, overall no complaints :)

The only attractive thing for this hotel (?) is the price and perhaps the WiFi. I stayed for one night and that was too much. Much of the amenities promised were non-existent and when I asked the lady in charge, the answer was that there was ONLY ONE room with kitchenette and utensils and a fridge !! It was completely...

Family run hotel. Very central location and situated close to the ferry drop off/pick up point. Room is very simple and clean with a small shower. Staff is quite helpful. Limited view since the building is in the back. Overall, good value for the price. Better if you are willing to pay less and not spend much time at the...

As a previous reviewer has commented the Anastasoulla Mouragio apartments should not be confused with the Anastasia Hotel in Chorio. These apartments are situated by the clock tower in Gialos. They are really convenient for the ferry and the shops and restaurants. However the 41 steps and the winding staircase are quite a challenge if you are unfit (we were...
