Nice place, staff was good, beach is great. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t take care of the beach, of the sun beads and of the beach sand. During our stay, they organized two outside weddings with very loud music till 2 o’clock in the morning... if you have tourists, don’t organize weddings! People were complaining and it was hard to sleep those days. Also room cleaning was not on a high level... they did not bother to clean the terrace and never refill the fridge with fresh water. Also they claim its “ultra all inclusive” but you need to pay for bottled water. What is than “ultra”... All in all, sadly, I do not recommend this hotel, it is not value for the money, they are a lot of better options in the area.

We stayed in the end of August with our family members in three rooms and enjoyed the fabulous beach, one of the best I have been in Greece. Great food buffets for all three meals included in the price, with variety of many dishes to choose from, very good coffee and alcohol drinks. The staff is nice and friendly, even though this year has been hard for tourism reopening. The rooms are quite big with balconies and had great sea view from the hill slope overlooking the beach. Live music entertainment offered on some weekends, but without creating noise late at night. I was surprised the place was so quiet in general, though it was fully booked, since the rooms are devided in many different buildings among the pine trees and there are no other noises from streets or bars etc, so perfect for relaxing. I recommend it to anybody for its proximity to Kavala city (just 5 km away) and the site of Philippi. Well done and keep up the good work for the future!

The room was extremely small for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was very hot and impossible to stay in a room without air condition. After 2 days kids got sick! Not a child friendly hotel at all. We had to carry them through the stairs. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The cleaning ladies after ‘cleaning’ used to throw the waste water literally in front of the room doors. It was awful. No covid protocols were implemented. During weekends very loud music till 3am. The hotel is organizing parties for guests outside the hotel.

Dirty rooms, very 90s decoration and no wifi reception. Rooms have no sound insulation at all, you can hear people doing whatever next door all the time during the night. Waiters at the beach dont know whose order they are delivering, always making mistales and waiting 45-60’ for an order! Avoid it there are much better Would not recommend

if you have time to change hotels do it. I come every year to Greece and this one is the worst I've ever done. First of all when you arrive, they ask you to go to a parking lot where there is no room. We were then obliged to go further up on the parking lots intended for the rooms. When you come, take your walking shoes because the rooms are all mostly 3km from the beach and the restaurant. The rooms that are called "suite" look like cells. The decoration is very neutral or not at all. If you have the All Inclusive option, then expect a 40 minute wait to get something to drink. There is only one bartender for the All Inclusive bar which is unacceptable. (see attached picture) So take a drink from home and you will waste less time. There is no tray but boxes to carry your drinks. Moreover we had deposited for our children cloths on the beach so that finally a woman collected all our cloths and we found ourselves without deckchair. The staff is not at all welcoming. We would be better served in a prison. The hotel is not even worth 2 stars. Save your money and choose another hotel that is worth its price unlike this one.
