We had sea views with a small balcony overlooking the harbour and right in the centre of all the action in town. The rooms are dated but were clean and very comfortable. For €60 a night with breakfast we were delighted. I would not hesitate in going back again. We got more value than what we expected.

This hotel is located in the center of the city of Spetses, but it is old and outdated. It requires comprehensive and radical repair. Despite the very good position of the hotel, choose another hotel.

Seen from outside it seems beautiful hotel...but different is from inside. Is a old place, darked and the elevator is old and without closing door. The room is space clean but the bathroom is really old...you have to shower your self with one hand because the other hand you had to take on shower handle to have water on you...I...

.... Starting from the fact that it has never been renovated since it's started operating!!! I wouldn't say it was dirty but the "kind of dirty" old furniture sand appliances As also the terrible quality of the mattresses made the experience terrible!!! I had pain next morning all over my body...terrible bathroom!!! The only good thing .. It's strategic positioning.......

I stayed in this hotel last year and left after one night. I decided to give it another try and got a room on the side next to the church which was a much better position than the opposite side with a very loud airconditioning unit on the building next door. My room this time was quiet and had a...

Seriously don't even try it. We knew that this hotel was going to be bad, but seriously you don't want to go there. 0 hospitality, the crew is inpolite, they even came knocking at our door to pay all the nights from the beginning. They also have a strict no-visitors policy which will be great trouble if you are in...

I was supposed to stay 3 nights in this hotel and stayed for one. As a solo traveller I was given a horrible little room with a tiny bed but the worst things was the extremely loud large air conditioner for a whole building next door. It was impossible to blot out this noise. My other issue was with reception....

Great sea view, it is at Dapia. We paid 60 euros per night for two nights, 3rd floor, corner room, without breakfast. The room carpet is very old and should be removed or replaced, and the hotel should be renovated. In the current situtation the room charge per day should be lower than 60 euros.

Great location (Dapia). We rented two double airconditioned rooms on the third floor for 100 euro's together. Rooms/bathrooms/furniture were a litte outdated, but clean. Breakfast was not included, but in front of the hotel a nice continental en english breakfast can be served for 7 -9 euro's. Nice staff.
