The problem was directions: we phoned from the railway station twice. The property is difficult to find, though advertised as only 5 minutes from the station. The woman gave us the 'short cut' and we spent 45 exhausting minutes on foot trying to find it. We would have got a taxi but were assured it was so close to the...

We went last minute for two days to Aarhus and this was the only reasonably priced hotel we could find. The room had a little kitched and a small terras, all very ok. Speedy checkin and checkout due to the computer at the entrance

Perfect hotel for seasoned travellers who prefer laundry access over a 24hr reception, hotel was just a walk from the train station, and the supermarket was very close, the only drawback is that if it's your first time in one of these type of hotels you'll need to check in between 8 and 3 while the reception is manned.

Had my first there last night - and it all started very positive. Easy self service check in - no hazzle at all. Very very nice hotel room in contemporary design - small - but with a balcony. Brilliant location for me - and close to city. However - there were a few disappointments along the way as well. 1)...

We spent 4 nights in a twin room in this hotel. The room was small and the usable space was reduced by having two beds so it was a challenge to place luggage where it wasn't in the way, but apart from that the room had a lot packed in - cooling facilities and equipment, cutlery and crockery, ironing facilities,...

An amazing stay, no frills, no hassle, family friendly, utilitarian hotel in the heart of Aarhus. I would definitely go there again with my family. If you are looking for a luxurious bachelor stay, this is probably not for you... but if you are looking for a clean, quiet, functional, and practical accommodation, especially if you have little children, then...

different sizes of apartment, fully equipt kitchen, new furniture, nice beds and bathroom. Some apartments have a balcony. Centrally located behind Århus Musikhus in a calm area. Recommended if a kitchen is wanted and especially if travelling a family. There is no staff in the evening, everything is handled by machine and there is telephone number if problems. Paying with...

We stayed at Hotel Faber in autumn 2012. The hotel offers four types of rooms and apartments of different size. We had a one-room apartment (studio). This may not be a bad choice, if you are on your own on a business trip. The apartment kitchens are surprisingly well equipped. The interior is modern, clean and well functioning. And the...

I was a little skeptical at first as the photos on the website weren't that great however this hotel was fantastic. Check in was easy and when we did need to talk to reception the staff were great. The one bedroom room was clean and comfortable. The hotel area was quiet and well located, easy walking distance to Aros. Overall...

“Make sure the hotel is easy to find from both the city and the main railway station, if travelling by rail. The hotel was very quiet at this time of year as it is only just ending winter in Scandinavia and there are no tourists. I cannot stand crowds, so this is a good time.”
