There are simply not enough stars to rate our experience at The Nimb. From the moment we entered this magnificent and magical place, we were treated with warmth and the utmost in customer care. We arrived very early from our red eye flight and Joy set the wheels in motion for the most incredible visit. First, our luggage was whisked away and she ushered us into the dining room for the grandest breakfast to both soothe our travel-weary bodies and nourish our souls. She set to work on checking us in as soon as a room became available. Within 15 minutes, she happily shared our room was, in fact, prepared! Can you imagine our absolute surprise and glee when Joy led us up the stairs to an absolute sanctuary?! My jaw hit the floor and my eyes immediately filled with tears. I was truly overcome with emotion at the most gracious and generous upgrade to a suite overlooking Tivoli Gardens. How does one accurately describe the ultimate sanctuary?! Our suite was impeccably designed to provide restorative sleep for our weary bones with attention to every detail right down to fresh flowers on the cocktail table and lovely soft music playing upon our entry -- neither of which have I ever experienced. I felt immediately pampered in the most luxurious of ways, yet also felt completely at home, as if I had been here before. What a most wonderful and incredible feeling! The room seemed to shimmer (*or perhaps that was the tears of joy in my eyes!) Please please thank the staff who tends to the rooms because there was not one speck of dust or item out of perfect place :) I must share the breakfast was INCREDIBLE!! We were mesmerized by the vast selection of nourishing options available to us and I think we probably nibbled at almost everything -- I felt like a child on Christmas morning! But more than that, LauraJean was the gift! She bubbled over with such enthusiasm when she welcomed us and shared her love of all things Copenhagen. We took her favorite suggestion and changed our plans to visit Louisiana the very next day and are so thrilled we did! She cared for ALL of the guests that morning with speed but never looked to be rushed, and had the most beautiful infectious smile that we couldn't help light up each time we saw her. And don't get me started on Nimb Wellness! We were ushered into a living garden where we sipped herbal tea before we steamed away the jet lag. We ADORED the Hammam!!There is nothing more satisfying than a salt scrub followed by a rain shower!…

I have been i a lot of nice hotels but I have to say this one is special , the rooms are top notch the service is top notch the food is top notch everything about it is top notch we will be back. When we first arrived the valley was right there to park for us the front desk gentleman kindly gave us a tour of the hotel the whole experience was amazing.

Very very friendly and accommodating staff. The food was excellent! The room (one bedroom suite terrace) was absolutely the best! The bathroom was beautiful, the bed and the pillows were the most comfortable ive ever had from a 5 star hotel (and ive been to many) Everything about this hotel is amazing. The room service was very prompt as well ♥️ Everything in the hotel was working so well to make me feel special and at home. i will definitely come back to the Nimb! I already miss it. Understated luxury is what you want when you travel a lot. Nimb is like coming home. 5 star experience in relaxed atmoshphere. Very personal service and I can highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious but cosy. The bar on the first floor serve super cocktails in very cosy surroundings. if you go to Copenhagen, NIMB is a must.

Fabulous hotel. Room was perfect and staff were professional yet welcoming. Food in the restaurant was good, but not perfect, but everything else was! Thoughtful touches such as small gifts and toiletries for the kids were lovely. Plus the cocktails were fab!

If you are after a well located and luxurious boutique hotel you cannot go past the Nimb. From the moment we entered for a 3 night stay in January 2023 to the time we left, the entire experience was faultless. Caring staff. Impeccable rooms and wonderful food.
