This place is pretty cool with many open communal spaces that I did not get around to see. I stayed one night. I was out before checking in and didn’t arrive until after midnight. Check in was smooth and fast with staff receptionists still very...More
From yoga classes to happy hours, bike rentals and easy key card drops at check out, the team behind Steel House have really thought of everything to make this a "modern hostel". It's a huge space and despite being filled with families, groups and solo...More

It is a very cosy and luxurious hostel, but a hostel nonetheless. Prices are good for the sandwiches and beverages they have at the bar, the only I missed was a...More
A very positive experience at Steel House Copenhagen. I stayed in a 4-bedroom female dorm which was very modern and clean. The amenities are great, friendly staff, and plus points for the indoor pool and location (walking distance from the Central Station).

Very modern and uber cool, crew very helpful and cheerfull, decor minimilistic and industrial with a scandi twist. Rooms very compact but clean and comfortable.
Wi-Fi is super fast, eating areas perfect, will be returning - well recomended for value and short stays!
This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding
neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
Take bus 26 from Indiakaj station (Valby Ålholm Plads direction) 14 stops, get off at Hovedbanegården (Vesterbrogade) station, then walk about 4 minutes and you'll get to Steel House. It takes about 25 minutes.

The main station is where I got off and it was a 5-7 minute walk. There is also the next stop which is right on the other side of the building. I stayed in a room with 6 beds of which 4 were occupied. The shower in our room was very modern as was all the facilities in the building. The toilet had a separate area with a sink. I cannot say anything negative about this place. It was wonderful for the price. Clean, many amenities and a professional friendly staff.
