Staff were beyond helpful. Tech in room just makes the whole vacation aspect feel more fun. Super walk-able location especially to main train terminal. Everything about the stay was just easy and I felt so spoiled given the affordable price. Will definitely seek out CitizenM hotels in other cities I am in.

Great location and we could see the city hall square and it's metro stop from our window. The room is small but for a short city break it was perfect because we were only there to sleep, and it might have been the comfiest hotel bed i've ever slept in. The staff were helpful - they delivered some extra pillows to the room and printed our boarding cards for us. As young female travellers we felt really safe staying in the hotel and walking around the city. The main thing that let it down was the bathroom which was clean but shabby. Would recommend considering how 'cheap' it was (for Copenhagen!)

Rooms are very clean and nice. Breakfast is complete with assortment of food, fruit and drinks. The bar is always open for coffe, tea or spirits. Check in and out are really fast and easy. The staff is very professional and always ready to help

We stayed at this hotel two times and we absolutely loved this place. We arrived in the morning, around 9 or 10 o’clock but they were kind and they gave us the 2 rooms that we’ve booked. The rooms were lovely, incredibly cozy, although the bed were between a wall and the window. The breakfast was amazing and the location was great. The lobby was so cute and comfortable and we could stayed after the checkout until the time for our departure with the plane. There were books, games and we could have some coffee and other hot beverages. The staff was very kind and friendly. Everything about this place was great.

I've stayed in CitizenM Hotels before and this lovely very modern hotel met all their usual high standards. Had a 3 night stay in a great room. Bathrooms are a bit 'open plan' but there are screens to hide behind if needed when using the shower and toilet. The double bed has a wall/window on one side so might be a bit awkward if travelling as a couple. Blinds, TV, Lighting etc are controlled by an IPad which you soon get used to. Good location on a big square with metro station, leading to a main shopping street. Plenty of restaurants around and 4/5 'Irish type' pubs (some with music) around the corner so good to stroll out to if you want to stay close to hotel in the evening. Very pleasant staff. Good bar on top floor. Great Breakfast. Loved both the hotel and my first visit to Copenhagen.…

A short 2-night business trip that was a way better experience that expected. Free WIFI included - what more could you want. The staff were lovely, rooms clean and spacious with lots of useful tech. The communal areas were spacious and comfortable, allowing for lots of work... very helpful staff on hand to provide assistance.

I loved everything about this hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful especially at check-in. The rooms were very modern and clean, lovely shower. A special mention to Nesh at the breakfast bar who was very friendly and gave some advice on places to go. Will definitely stay here again.

Booked CitizenM for my solo holiday to København. I chose this hotel based on price and reviews and they lived up to everything I expected from what I had read. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Never were there any language barriers and no request went unanswered. I found the rooms to be clean, the shower to be spa like and the bed to be very comfortable. The bed is wall to wall but for me that didn’t matter and I could see how even a couple wouldn’t mind as the bed is square and you can sleep head in so nobody has to climb over anyone to get out of bed. I highly recommend CitizenM to anyone. I hear they are in the middle of an expansion and opening more hotels. I will look for another next time I travel. Great location close to major shopping streets and two blocks from the Copenhagen central station. 10/10…

Stayed here for 5 nights on a city break! What a great hotel, I can honestly say I've never stayed in a hotel with such good service from all the staff. Everyone at the hotel seemed genuinely happy to be there and in every interaction were friendly and happy to help. The room designs are unique and refreshing compared to the "standard" hotel room. The only point that may be a deal breaker for some people is that there are no kettles in the room - but tea/coffee is available 24/7 if you have their breakfast package. I would definitely stay here again and would look to stay in other CitizenM hotels worldwide!
