Staff were super helpful, rooms were tastefully appointed and really clean. It’s great for access and you can hire bikes for 150DKK a day. Executive rooms give you access to the executive lounge where there are complimentary drinks and snacks available.

The hotel itself is good, the rooms are ok, nothing special for a 4 star hotel, would expect a bit more. The facilities are good but the main negative thing is the location as it's not easy to get transports, you need to get multiple or a taxi.

For example, Copenhagen Mall is a short 3-minute walk away, and the Copenhagen Central Station + Tivoli Gardens are about a 10-minute walk away. In addition, Bus 7A leaves from outside the hotel and can take you to Tivoli Gardens. Stayed with a friend for a weekend in Cph at the Tivoli Hotel. The hotel is near both the central station, shopping street Strøget and the great museum of Carlsberg Ny Glyptotek. I warmly recommend both the hotel and the roof top sushi restaurant - lovely view, drinks, food and atmosphere! Good swimming pool too!

Dear guest, Thank you for your review, which we have received on both Booking.com and Tripadvisor. I am of course very sad to read about your experience here at Tivoli Hotel. We do have the option of having the room cleaned every day - we only leave the option up to the individual guest. And, of course the room is thoroughly cleaned between guests. I can see that you chose to have the room cleaned on the second and third day and that this was done. I am of course very sorry, that you did not receive the immediate help that you needed given your allergies. We will definitely be taking this up internally. At Tivoli Hotel, we have rooms with and without carpet. Should you choose to stay with us on another occasion I kindly ask that you inform us about your allergies and we will find you an allergy friendly room. Thank you again for your review. I took my partner here for his birthday and we had a brilliant time here. The customer service was amazing from everyone in the hotel, they were so friendly and also upgraded our room straight away and let us check in early. Couldn’t fault the stay! We also went to Sticks and sushi on our last night and although a little pricey it was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel

Clean, fresh hotelrooms. Polite staff. The beds wore a bit hard and the pillows too big. But all in all a very nice stay. We had beakfast from the lobbybar, fresh & nice. If you want the room to be cleaned, you have to tell the receptionist. Nice walk to all attractions:)

The Tivoli hotel is an excellent location for anyone visiting Copenhagen, from the start of our visit (hours before check in) until the end (hours after check out) the service and staff, as well as the rooms cannot be faulted. Only thing I would suggest is some more choices on the evening menus but that’s a tiny thing. Excellent all round

Messed up our booking. Small queen bed instead of two beds could be quite a problem.— in the new room: USED and not washed pillows. Tired and and not so friendly staff (although one female in the reception was serviceminded). So if you wanna get your bookings messed up and sleep on used and unwashed pillows - go to this hotel now!
