Beautiful and well decorated property. Despite the flagship restaurant closing down for pandemic, the food from the 'normal' courtyard 'bar' was surprisingly excellent. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly, esp with our dog. The Superior room seemed on the smaller side. No real desk available for doing work if that is the purpose of your trip. If you drive yourself it did not seem obvious where is a place to park the car to check-in. Front entrance of hotel is a busy street facing the main station. That said it was a lovely place and we would stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel earlier at the very start. That experience was disappointing. This time, for New Years 2022, I tried again. This time, the service and stay was absolutely amazing. From check-in, room standard, attentiveness, lounge, beds, breakfast, heated pool, sauna and service in general was excellent! Well worth the money if this continues!

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is beautifully designed and all the rooms are of a very high-spec. Everything has been thought through carefully. Great shower, wonderful lighting, tasteful interiors. The staff were are super friendly and very helpful. It's quite a casual hotel. The breakfast was superb.

Pretty at first glance, and stylish - it quickly moves into feeling quite cold, both interior and service wise. Everything takes time, and there’s a distinct lack of service mindedness. Some details are poorly thought through, but the inflexibility of the staff/hotel is really poor. I requested to move the date of my stay, and they were completely inflexible, despite having the ability to choose to do so, at no cost to them. Equally, I waited for ages for coffee to my room, and had to walk down stairs with my heavy luggage as a glass door was locked blocking me to use lifts. An hour before I had notified reception of the door and me needing to use it for luggage - and again it hadn’t been actioned. I could have seriously hurt myself. Overall, extremely disappointing - and style over substance hotel, won’t return.

Stayed here for 4 nights when in Copenhagen for a family celebration. Our room was very small so our luggage for 4 days had to be very carefully packed away. Room itself comfortable certainly making the most of every inch of small space and the bed very comfy. Our room on the 3rd floor overlooked the much talked about pool. This meant squawking of children at pretty much all hours (even though meant to be for serious swimmers at certain times). We used the pool one afternoon and it was heaving. Had to ask for drinks service several times and could hardly move for people. Not being monitored at all. We wanted an afternoon in it as a treat for my sister and husband and ordered champagne whilst we overlooked the city from the pool. But it lost any sort of magic by it being overused. This is a business conference hotel and if you are looking for a convenient location it certainly is that. Right by the station and just. 20 mins from airport I can see that it would be handy. However every time we went to reception there were long queues, the food was very average and we would not come back for the price. Very impersonal. We have been lucky enough to stay at other places in the city and feel we would return there rather than here.
