Spent 14 nights in the hotel in both the apartment/kitchenette for 7 days and double room for the remainder. The former has more space, air con and kitchenette. The double is compact and limited for space and no air con which might be appreciated in summer.
Not long opened so furnishing and finishes in good condition, particularly liked the live wall planted in the reception on 4th floor. Corridor configuration a little bizarre but due to building being converted from a former office.
Staff very helpful. If you stay 10 days you get the tenth 10 free and 3-7 days offer a discount. This may only apply in Covid times and off peak so look out for the promotions on the website.
I would have given 5 stars but the main entrance off the street is poor.It is not wheelchair /pram accessible- they do provide a ramp but unsuitable.Plus the entrance is not manned although there is a camera in the foyer and restrictions on moving around via the lift can only be done with your room card.
There is wheelchair access at ground floor level but you have to go to the rear and enter the lift from the car park.
Suggest pick a room at the front as refurbishment work being undertaken to adjoining property and workmen started at 6 am during the week -weekends quieter

Room Tip: If you are out most of the day the size of the room should not be a concern

Just stayed here for 3 nights while in town for a wedding. Hotel is easy to get to from the airport via the metro which was very handy. The day before we arrived the hotel charged us in full for our stay without prior notice. While I understand we would of needed to pay regardless, a heads up might of been nice. We were emailed about setting up a room key on one of our phones, which in theory is great but not so much in practice. The phone key didn’t work so we had to get physical keys anyway as they also control the lift access. Room was clean and tidy but very small for what we had paid. No drinks facilities or iron available. Also no air con in room and it was stifling hot. The windows do open but when the curtains are drawn at night no breeze can get in. Bathroom was small but very clean and all worked fine. Breakfast room behind reception was kept clean and tidy. Very basic breakfast selection available, but all seemed fresh. We asked about using an iron as they weren’t provided in the rooms and the staff reluctantly lent us one from the laundry room. Overall it was an ok stay but do feel like it’s over priced (£150 per night B&B) considering the size of the room, lack of amenities in it and basic breakfast.

The hotel is well located. Rooms are small compared to most other hotels, but perfectly adequate for spending the night. We had a double room. Very efficient check-in and check-out.
Nice and comfortable beds, good bathroom, very clean, One small table with one chair and not much free floor space, so use the room mainly for sleeping. Important: Very quiet. The hotel is on a street with very ittle traffic, and even with our window open, and our room facing the street, we were not disturbed.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel.
Price/performance is very high at this hotel.

The standard rooms are quite small with ~12 sqm but are in a good shape. The bathroom looks really modern and has a rain shower. Everything was clean and nice. You have a flat screen with some international stations.
The breakfast was really good for a hotel in this price class: Offered were several types of bread, some wurst and typical stuff like nutella, honey, eggs and most important: Very good coffee from the machine (i.e. americano) with unlimted refill!
You can check-in and check.out online. Even your door can be opened via mobile phone. However, we would recommend to collect the card for the room from the nice stff from the reception.
Location is close to a metro station and supermarket is just around the corner.

Positives: The hotel is situated near enough to the metro to get into the city centre. It is also well situated for the airport. It is also close to the coast and has a couple of supermarkets and fast food/restaurants near by. It is modern with a nice lounge area and a bonus roof top terrace. The breakfast was served by nice friendly staff and the food was good. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. The rooms are serviced every day with fresh towels.
Negatives: The woman on the reception at check in and who worked weekend was rather frosty and might do better finding another career. You have to pay to leave your luggage and this seemed to be to her delight whilst she explained the cost of a lost key. You also have to pay if you want an early check in. The room is far too small for two people for three nights - no storage. The underfloor heating in our bathroom - room 127 - was permanently on and was like a sauna. The shower drain is not efficient enough, so the room could flood without a towel bund at yhe threshold and the soap dispensers don't work. Could be noisy outside on the street at times.
We are now in Alicante where we have received a very warm welcome. We have air conditioning, a balcony, a huge bed, a cool large bathroom with bath and shower, plenty of storage which has cost less money for four nights!

My stay was great, the staff was fantastic and super helpful! 24hr front desk really helped with all logistics and suggestions on where to go when I needed it. I was there just a couple of nights as my flight from Copenhagen was cancelled, and they’re everything I needed in a hotel. The room had lots of space and the shower was great too. Breakfast can be ordered the day before and eaten in the room, due to covid.
Super clean, amazingly quiet hotel. I highly recommend!

The room is very small, but modern and well equipped.
The breakfast is very monotonous for a week stay, the same every day, but good quality and delicious.
Close to metro and LIDL store, nice part of town, modern hotel.
The view from the breakfast area is very nice.
WIFI is good to use.
Cleaning of the room was not sufficient, there was dirt on the floor, 2 days before returning home, no toilet paper was put out.
The room has no wardrobe, no shelf, no drawer, not even a place to unpack under the bedside lamp, nowhere to unpack the suitcase.
On arrival there were long hairs on the bed linen in several places, on pillows and sheets!
The breakfast could be more varied, not the same every day, because it gets monotonous after a week.
In the course of a week we had melons twice and that was it, we wanted to eat, but the answer was no, then when breakfast was over the whole staff came for breakfast and there were lots of melons which were not on the table for us paying guests, very inappropriate!

The hotel is completely new, very clean, great beds and good breakfast. The only thing I didn't like is that the room was so small so we couldn't really open our luggage, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel is located in a middle-class residential neighbourhood close to the sea, the metro and the airport, so even though it seems to be a bit far from the centre at first sight, it's a great location. It only takes about 5 to 10 minutes to reach the city centre by metro.

The hotel was perfect for us. A quiet location and nice breakfast. We travelled from London with only hand luggage - with any larger bags/suitcases, the room would have been a real squeeze. We were on the first floor and the large window opened fully which was great for fresh air, and cooling the room down.
