Great hotel with very friendly staf who did everything to make our stay perfect. We were asked if we wanted aan room with a bathtub en when we did en also asked voor two single beds, they did everything to make that work. Beautiful rooms, very clean. Fantastic Hotel at best location in Copenhagen. We were back for a couple of days in Copenhagen. The Hotel is wonderfully constructed in a renovated wareouse. BEAUTIFUL. Rooms are excellent. Service impeccable and caring. Smiles and excellent help everywhere - even before you realize the need:) The location is probably the best in Copenhagen to be able to reach the essential parts of the City center, The Royal castle, The wonderful old Fortess, the Littler Mermaid, the water front etc. Breakfast top class.

We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness from the wonderful staff at your hotel. We were so pleased to be staying on the most picturesque canal in Copenhagen. What a beautiful location! We particularly enjoyed being able to catch a ferry at the dock next to the hotel for sightseeing around the city.

Rooms are WAY smaller than the pictures show and my bathroom was missing the shower door. Definitely not worth 200+ USD, when the NH collection costs the same but has a much better breakfast buffet and the rooms are 1000 times better. Won’t be coming back to this hotel.

Dear guest, Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding your stay at 71 Nyhavn Hotel. I am so sorry to learn that the room did not at all live up to your expectaions and that you felt underwelmed with your stay in general. We are a small hotel, in a heritage listed warehouse with the charm, but also many limitations that comes with it - our rooms simply cannot be directly compared in size and facilities with larger, newly built hotels, and we understand that this will most definitely cause dissapointment. We have done our most to decorate with quality furniture in light Scandinavian style and bathrooms with 'european/open showers' to make the best of the space. We do have rooms that vary in size and layout, the smallest rooms being our single rooms which you stayed in and the largest our Junior Suites. What we do have, and what is also reflected our price point, is our location, view from many of our rooms of the water and the historic and hopefully warm hospitality aspects. I sincerely regret that we have not managed to align expectations with reality in this case, and this is our finest job as hospitality professionals. I am trylu sorry for that. I do hope that you enjoyed your time in Copenhagen and I truly wish you find another place, where you will feel at home and comfortable for any future stays. Great customer service, friendly staff, and a perfect location. Due to the repurposed historic nature of the building and it’s location, rooms are very small so if your staying for a longer visit just be cognizant of that.

Nyhavn is the most interting part of the city for most tourists, so this spot is perfect if that is the vibe you are looking for. My room was tiny - but comfortable, the only gripe being the difficulty of closing windows and the lack of soap in the shower facility. Breakfast is quite something and the hotel generously gave us each a card to spend behind the bar each night of our stay. Last - but not least. Highly attentive and well trained staff.

In my opinion the best location in Copenhagen, in old Nyhavn with all resturants and pubs just next but still enough distance to keep the noice away. Great view towards the river and modern rooms in old style with exposed cealing beams and great beds. Very helpful staff and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever eaten!

The hotel is right on the water with excellent views of Christianhavn. It is centrally located and a short walk to the metro. There are dozens of cafes and restaurants within a few blocks including the pedestrian promenade. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is not to be missed!! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning
