staff Liked · -Wonderful place in a good location, very close to the main train station, a 5 min walk -Great neighbourhood with places to see in walking distance -Colourful rooms with all amenities -Great breakfast, cafe and bar - loved their breakfast spread, nespresso on tap :D, free wine 5-6 pm -Nice touches such as chocolates on every floor if you take the stairs, 100 dkk voucher for the bar across the street if you skip housekeeping -Small but equipped gym -Extremely helpful staff, especially Alexander and Mads, both of whom had great recommendations and such enthusiasm to make sure you enjoy Copenhagen as a visitor. They know so much about the city and recommend places that may not even be on your list. Others at the reception were nice too. I loved my stay here.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the hotel which was excellent. The hotel is easy and quick to get from the train station and is in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular Alex and Stefan who who’s advice, tips and recommendations were really helpful. Wine hour was another highlight and got you to meet other guests. The room was spacious and comfortable. We have no complaints regarding our stay and based on our experience would happily recommend it.

This hotel is fabulous! You can take the train from the airport and 13mins later you arrive in Copenhagen Central Station. Come up the steps from the platform, turn left and walk until nearly the end of the station, turn left again and head down the short stairway and exit the station. Cross the road towards the 7-11 shop and walk down the street and 3mins later you will be at the hotel! The staff are friendly and very helpful. We arrived 12MD and were able to check in as our room was ready. We had one of the smaller rooms however it was big enough for our needs and very comfortable. There is a kettle with tea & coffee in the room. There was adequate hanging space in the wardrobe as well as shelves. There is an iron and an ironing board. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer that at first i didnt think was very powerful however it did dry my thick hair quickly! There is also Molton Brown toiletries including shampoo conditioner and body wash as well as hand soap and hand cream. Every where is spotlessly clean with lovely fresh decor. There is a free breakfast included with your stay and we'd say that its the best breakfast we've had on any trip we've been on! There is a wide range with something to suit everyone i'd think. Yoghurts, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, honey, jams. There is also a variety of cereals, different types of breads and rolls as well as a range of cold meats and cheeses. There is a hot selection too including bacon, sausages and eggs. There is also a selection of sweet pastries. There is also soya, almond and oat milks too! They have really thought of everything i think! There is a Nespresso machine that is free to use throughout your stay. Every night 5-6pm is wine time. First glass is free and your second glass is half price! The wines are very nice too. There are some restuarants and bars around the hotel. The staff will help with suggestions and reservations. The city centre is about 15-20mins walk from the hotel with most sights all within walking distance. We did buy a Copenhagen card which included hop on bus and canal boat tours and thought it was really good value. On our last day we took the train across the Oresund bridge into Malmo in Sweden. Trains are frequent, clean, on time and relatively cheap. Once in Malmo you can use your train ticket on the buses too. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and if you are unsure I'd say go for it! The hotel is fab as is Copenhagen and its residents!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Andersen Hotel. Peter on reception was very friendly and helpful, and gave us plenty of information on local sights and attractions. Our room was well equipped and very clean. The hotel is in a very accessible location, a few minutes from Copenhagen Central Train station, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. We would highly recommend to anyone staying as a couple.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a Brilliant double room. Firstly, we received a warm welcome from the staff who all remained incredibly friendly & informative throughout our stay. Breakfast is great with gluten free bread available on request. Our room had everything we needed & the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The wine hour (free glass of wine in the evening between 5-6pm) was very welcome!

We hope you will visit us again in the future, do not hesitate to contact us directly at the hotel if that will be the case. Kind regards. Maiken Jensen Guest Relations Team
