We stayed here over the Easter holidays, We arrived early so had to leave our cases at reception until the 3 o'clock check in time. The hotel is located centrally close to the train station Tivoli garden's and the town centre. Luckily we managed to make use of the free parking over Easter outside the hotel. However ifvwe had to...

Stayed over Easter weekend and whilst the weekend in Copenhagen was great, the hotel was just a bunch of average moments rolled into one. It's all just a bit 'meh'. The room Comfortable bed - that's the only positive. The rooms are tired, in desperate need of a good clean, a lick of paint and some adjustments. Pieces of wood...

I stayed here over Easter holiday weekend and it was very busy with visitors. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and I was grateful they accommodated an early check-in. The room was clean and nice enough, no complaints there but there were a few oddities that made me laugh. They took my credit card at check in in...

The hotel ate well located almost in the centre of CPH. The rooms are fine and clean and the bed and bathroom also. The elevator are slow. The breakfast is good and all necessary food was there. Atmosphere in breakfast restaurant was a bit doll. Easy connect to busses and metro from hotel and walking distance to many places in...

Good location - short walk to central station. Close to Tivoli and easy reach of main shopping areas and walkable to all the popular sites. Not far from a hop and hop off bus service either. Also close to some good restaurants and bars. Plus cinema and theatre. Area is a busy place, a bit grubby but felt safe and...

This is a generic business hotel located one block from the central train station. It is further from the main attractions and pedestrian area than we had anticipated and we ended up spending a lot more than we had budgeted using taxis to return home at night. I would have rather paid more for a hotel more conveniently located. The...

Hotel is like most scandinavian hotels, pretty basic. Remote control was not working (low batery) and when I tried to get help for it, I realized phone was not working, none of functional buttons didn't work so I could not reach reception or room service or any other service. In a room they have a form where you can write...

Booked as part of BA package and was more than satisfied. The hotel is large and quite impressive as you enter. The staff were super and welcomed us warmly and for some reason upgraded us to a larger room for which we were very grateful. We struggled with the lift but discovered that this was a common problem and by...
