The best part of this hotel was the location. The back of it faced the waterfront and it was a pleasant walk when it was not too cold or windy, walking distance to the Little Mermaid and to Nyhavn where there are lots of eating places....More
I stayed here a lot in the early days & it was cool & trendy, well furnished & with great service. Sadly, 14 years later & the service was weak (young & enthusiastic staff but they clearly lacked managerial training, guidance & authority). The décor...More
The staff was attentive/pleasant. We stayed in an comfortable room facing the street, still, it was quiet. Very clean room with comfortable bed and shower. Nearby to many attractions; Little Mermaid, pedestrian shopping street, Palaces and harbor.
Great hotel. Good location near Nyhavn. They will not likely check you in early because they seem to be very busy and booked up.
Hotel lobby area had computers for use and a stylish bar.
Breakfast is excellent! Don't waste time looking for something else.

This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding
neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
Our outdoor bar is only open during summer time as the winter in Denmark is unfortunately to cold for an outdoor bar.
But we do have a cosy bar inside the hotel.
Have a nice day.
