Hotel was in an old gain warehouse which I truly enjoyed. Some members of our group were thought it a bit dated. Staff was wonderful and very flexible, allowed us to sit out in the lounge to all hours. Great location on the water.
Just spent a pleasant couple of nights here. Very large hotel as in a converted warehouse, 5 minutes from Nyhavn and the royal palaces. Will book a harbour view next time but very pleased with room & facilities. Salt bar/restaurant recommended.
I appreciate there are mixed reviews regarding this hotel but I am speaking as I found. We had a great time at this hotel. From the start I found the check-in Staff very helpful indeed. Yes the rooms are a little small and dated but...More
We stayed here for three nights and when we arrived were offered a waterfront room for an extra $150 USD per night. We declined and they gave us the upgraded waterfront room at no extra charge anyway. This is a very beautiful hotel with nice,...More

This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding
neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
Our outdoor bar is only open during summer time as the winter in Denmark is unfortunately to cold for an outdoor bar.
But we do have a cosy bar inside the hotel.
Have a nice day.
