I called to the hotel yesterday and asked for some help with my booking that going to come soon. But I can't go there becuase of Covid 19 situation. And Hotel staff who picked up my call was so rude. I asked her nicely. The end of the conversation she said I don't have time to talk with you, bye bye and hang up on me. I called her again. And she said it is what it is. Byeeee and hang up on me again. And the 3rd times I call her and tell her you shouldn't get a job here. You're so rude and I will tell your manager about this. I recorded all conversation that you so rude to me. She said perfect! You want my manager email? And she siad like I bothered her and called her so many times. But I just call her only 2 times before and she still don't help me solve the problem. I can tell that she will be the one who ruin your hotel reputation. Please check your phone voice records and you will see that I speak the truth. I have a voice recorded too. If you want I can email to you.

We looked at lots of hotels in Copenhagen and deciced on this one due to location to town and other places we were visiting while in Copenhagen. The descriptions of the hotel are good, pictures on the hotel website made it look like a nice clean place to stay. Sadly this wasn't the case. The room: very dirty. Needed a make over because no amount of cleaning would get an old tired dirty room looking nice again. The walls had splatter marks on the walls like someone had opened a can of drink and it splattered all over the walls. Looked old so had probably been there a while. We paid a bit more for a little upgrade but felt really let down when we entered our room. The bathroom: very dirty with no proper cleaning ever. Dust and dirt in corners. Breakfast: there was lots of choice both hot and cold. However, the bread is from a bakert and then frozen. On one of the days the bread was hot on the outside and frozen in the centre. You do expect freah bread especially when it's not a cheap breakfast. It's actually quite expensive. Service: all of the staff we met at the hotel were very nice and friendly. The points award are for the staff. Unfortunately no points for the hotel. The condition all round is poor.

Its nor ritzy, its not opulent but it is a good, basic hotel. What I like about it was the friendliness of the staff, the huge size of the rooms and the amazing location. Walking distance from Trivoli and the Orstedsparken gardens. There are two grocery stores close by and a train station right in front. Good hotel to stay in if one is with kids.

We spent a couple of nights in this hotel with my friends. Our expectations were not high, we know what we had booked. Our overall experience can be summarized as: Positive: - Very friendly staff, always very polite in their interactions with us. - Extremely good breakfast buffet, it really impressed us with the variety of choices. And very clean and neatly arranged. - Good, basic room with amenities provided. - Great location, 7-8minutes walk from the central station. - They provide space for storing luggage in case of an early arrival/late departure. Negative experience: - During our stay we had some concerns about the cleanliness level of our room. We found hair in the different beds and pillows and the room was clearly not vacuumed (whole room is covered with a carpet). We communicated our concerns in the first night, but as there was no housekeeping available, we preferred to get some extra sheets and pillows and we changed them ourselves. Next morning, on our way out, we again stressed to the reception that we found our room unclean and they assured us that they will make sure that the housekeeping would be thorough. To our disappointment, when we returned in the evening, the housekeeping did not change any beddings, and they even left the dirty ones (that were in the room when we first went in) in the room. At this point, we decided to stop complaining and just sleep for the second and last day. Overall, even though it has some really good points, the fact that there was such a miscommunication between the reception staff and the housekeeping staff and the latter being unsatisfactory, we would avoid staying in this hotel again. We understand that it is a relatively cheap and central choice, but having clean beddings is a must.
