Comfort Hotel Vesterbro has a prime location in Copenhagen's cool Vesterbro district, just 500 metres from Copenhagen Central Station. The city's many bars, restaurants and shops are just a stone's throw from the hotel. And WiFi access is completely free of charge. The coolest neighbourhood in Copenhagen Comfort Hotel Vesterbro is on Vesterbrogade, in the ultra hip Vesterbro district of Copenhagen. Over the past few years, this area has been transformed from run-down 1960s complexes to some of the nicest streets in the capital. The area is now brimming with restaurants, bars, piazzas with al fresco dining and the coolest shopping in Copenhagen. Ultra hip Kødbyen Copenhagen's very own Meatpacking District, Kødbyen, has evicted the butchers and replaced their old shops with innovative galleries, creative art studios, organic cafés and popular clubs. But if you fancy something a little more traditional, tuck into Danish sausages and pastries, or visit popular classics, like tivoli.

Comfort Hotel Vesterbro receives commendation for its friendly staff and efficient service, although some guests have experienced issues with room servicing and hot water. The atmosphere elicits mixed reactions, with the modern vibe appealing to some, yet others criticize the room sizes and noise levels.
While the central location and practical amenities are highlights, calls for in-room coffee facilities and better cleaning are frequent. Overall, many find the hotel to offer good value, despite the noted drawbacks.

Nice hotel, and even better after coming renovation that is planned soon next year. Close to the city centre!
Walking distance to almost everything. Good shop just around the corner and you can buy any groceries if you like to bring with you!
Especially if you want to have or bring any drinks for a walk and have a pick-nick by the canal, 20min walk or 6-7 min cycling. Great breakfast!! If some issues accrue, talk to Lars.
Thanks again Lars for your service! 😉👍

Stayed for 2 nights, great location, easy to get to from airport, jumped on train 10 mins to central station for about £3 each. Only a 5 min walk from station. we had a great friendly welcome, offered upgrade for an extra £5 a night which gave us a bigger room, also offered a free late checkout TIL 6pm if required, which we usually have to pay for. Bed was ok but only one small pillow each. Lady with blond hair on checkin couldn’t do enough for us, sorry forgot name, but an asset to the hotel. We stayed in 339 which was back of hotel so quiet. Breakfast buffet ok, cold meats, cheese, pastries and hot choice of new potatoes, scrambled / boiled egg, bacon and beans. Can get busy but didn’t have a problem getting a table. Hotel near attractions, little mermaid about 30min walk, town, restaurants all in a 10/15 walk. Town has mixture of high street and high end shops. Lots of eating and drinking places. There is a Lidl next to hotel. Would def stay here again. Need to use key for lift and corridors so safe.

This huge (almost 500 rooms) hotel has a central location about 500 meters away from the railway station. Staff is friendly and informative. Rooms are not big but beds are comfy and there are soap, bodywash and shampo in the bathroom. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning, a bar that opens at noon and an inhouse restaurant. That said there are a lot of great restaurants within a 3 minutes walk from the hotel!

Positive: location, decent room size, clean room, safety deposit box, friendly staff
Negative: The walls are paper-thin therefore you can hear everything from the neighbors. Both nights even after 11pm the neighbors were loud. Also,in the bathroom the ventillation was on all the time giving a constant noise.

Based on previous stays, my wife and I decided to stay three nights on a trip to Copenhagen.
The hotel is well located just a short walk from the Central Train Station with excellent train-, metro- and bus connections. It is a large hotel with about 400 rooms. Our room was not large, but equipped with comfy beds and we liked the wood flooring.
It should be noted that housekeeping in this hotel is only offered every fourth day and on departure. As clean towels may be picked up in the reception this could be okay. Unfortunately, the cleaning of our room was not up to the standards we would expect from this hotel chain. Especially the floor was not clean and in need of a more thorough cleaning. Obviously staff members need more time to clean rooms after three or four days than if housekeeping was done on a daily basis, which may be the root cause.
The breakfast was very good with a large selection of both hot and cold dishes of good quality. One morning the fire alarm sounded during our breakfast. Although no immediate and obvious danger could be identified in the restaurant, we were surprised that no staff member seemed to react, i.g. making an announcement to the guests about the incident. Only after the arrival of the fire engines was the alarm stopped, and still no information was given to the guests.
In my opinion the safety and security of hotel guest should always be a top priority. We were definitely not impressed by the handling of the said incident, and this is the reason for the rather poor rating of our stay.

Hotel easy to find in a convenient location a short distance from Copenhagens landmarks and attractions.
The hotel lobby was extremely quirky, check in was quick and easy; staff were friendly and allowed us into our room a couple of hours earlier than the check in time which was appreciated!!
We found the room clean and tidy; however very basic. There are no refreshments provided and no kettle. There is very limited space to hang clothes. The double bed was reasonably sized however the mattress was very thin and had a cheap feel to it. We were given 2 single bed duvets instead of one double bed duvet which didn’t make sense but didn’t bother us too much. The pillows are small and almost too soft, they only provide you with two although we were provided with more when we asked at reception. The air conditioning was pathetic and barely emitted any air. This was not a problem for us as we visited in January but could be a problem during summer months.
We visited the bar on our last night. The bar and seating areas looked cosy yet modern. We got chatting to one of the barmaids who was so genuine and kind to us!!
We didn’t have breakfast or any food at the hotel so unable to comment on this.
Overall, the hotel is okay for a couple nights stay if you’re looking to sightsee etc. The hotel has a lot of potential and I wouldn’t say that I had a bad stay, however there are lots of small things that could be worked on.

I stayed a couple of nights after a cruise. I used my Choice Hotel points and it was a great value.
The place has the vibe of a really upscale hostel, and that's a compliment. There are always a few people in the large lobby enjoying a snack or grouped up enjoying a few drinks. There are plenty of places to sit and read by oneself as well. I found the employees to be courteous. This hotel does not accept cash; all payments are by credit/debit card. So make sure you have a couple of cards if you plan to stay here.
I have seen some negative reviews, but my room was just fine. It is a very basic room, but that's what I expect in Scandinavia. My room was clean and comfortable. Shower was fine; really just no complaints.
The breakfast buffet is good. Given that it is included in the room charge, it's great. It does get quite busy. I was there first thing and it got 70% full in a few minutes. They actually have a chart in the elevators suggesting times with the fewest people. I didn't care for the way the bread area was set up. Some of the bread required cutting but there was no place to put my plate.
While there I noticed a sign that they offered free late checkout until 4 p.m. on Sundays. They are apparently trying to appeal to people coming into the city for the weekend. The hotel also offers a few 8-bed rooms for groups traveling together. You have to call to book these.
The location is good. It is just under half a mile southwest of Tivoli, with a slightly longer distance to the train station. There are lots of really nice restaurants within a half-mile walk. Don't expect to just walk in some of the highly-rated ones; get a reservation!
In any event, I enjoyed my stay enough that I will probably visit again this fall.

We have stayed there for two nights and there is nothing that I liked about this hotel. I did not feel save in the Area around it, the staff was really unfriendly, borderline rude and the room was tiny with the beds being really uncomfy. Breakfast was included in the rate and was ok but would not be worth the money paying for it . I wont be back.

Very modern, attractive hotel with an up to date out look.
Rooms are very large with cool decor. The beds were not very comfortable but were a good size and the shower was not very clean. The rooms are also very hot...
The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful.
Rooms do not come with a kettle and drinks are 20 krone (around £2.25), which is not ideal. The dinner prices are extortionate.
The best feature about this hotel is that it is next to a Lidl, where there are affordable drinks. There is also a large variety of good restaurants nearby.
All in all, this was a nice stay but definitely was room for improvement.

Chose this hotel primarily for its location and cost this being a last minute and unplanned trip so budget was a consideration. The location is very good - about 5 minutes from the main station and it is easy walking to the centre. We were expecting a no frills hotel at the cost but were overall pleasantly surprised and it represented good value for money given Copenhagen is not cheap. The room was a good size but I would advise asking for a room that does not overlook the Main Street. Despite the cold we like our window open. Street noise is to be expected but For 3 mornings out of 4 we were woken around 4.30 am by builders chucking stuff into skips immediately below our window. Even closed this would have been very noisy
As mentioned elsewhere rooms are cleaned every 4 days but that is not really a problem. I liked the fact rubbish bins were split to enable in room recycling. Anything that needs replenishing can be requested at reception.
Check in and out is by machine but there are staff at the reception/bar if help is needed. They were very friendly and helpful.
The public areas are large with a big atrium in which breakfast can also be eaten. Here there is table tennis and other games. WiFi worked well. There is a gym on site.
Breakfast was very good and plentiful. There was a vegan corner and food for those with lactose intolerances. A time ticket must be obtained on check in but from 9 on the breakfast room was quiet. Prior to that it was very busy and we were told the tickets were a reminder for us and not really used to actively manage the sitting. We had no problem getting a place to sit however especially given the availability of the large atrium. My only niggle was the butter and the fact guests spread it on their bread at the buffet causing blockages and queues . So much more sensible just to put a bit on your plate and spread at your table but there are no members of staff around to manage that area. They are clearing away ( though guests meant to clear their own trays).
I would have liked a kettle and coffee in the room or access to a free coffee machine in the public area. The cost of a cup of coffee from reception which was only half filled was expensive. Buy and bring in from a local coffee shop.
Overall , a comfortable stay for the cost. Represented good value and would definitely go again for a no frills stay.

No Gym at the hotel.
But you can get a free day ticket in the reception to a Gym only 5 min from the Hotel.
I'm not too sure but I don't think so.
There's are lifts and you can set your own room temperature.
