If you like hostels then this will probably suit you. We paid for a hotel and was expecting one instead we received a very tired hotel with a miniscule amount of space. The bathroom was small and the shower needed a concerted effort to keep the water in the recess. My first showr resulted in quite a flood. The room...

This hotel provides quality rooms, I was travelling alone but was given a large twin room with huge bathroom and quality shower. Breakfast which is on the top floor was excellent with food constantly being topped up and served by a very friendly manager. Hotel is situated on the edge of the city centre with only a 5 minute walk...

The hotel was okay and the staff were nice. I thought it was a little overpriced but it was fairly central. The real issue is that the rooms look into the central courtyard. The entrance into the hotel is from the street into and across the courtyard and then into the hotel. The other guests were generally quiet from what...

The Copenhagen Crown is an older property trying hard to compete. I liked the hotel as it was close to the Central Station, pretty clean and breakfast good. The staff was very friendly & helpful! Our only negative were several signs of deferred maintenance.

You can walk anywhere from this hotel. There are a few restaurants and bars. Tourist information centre with free wifi is very close by. Main Train station is only 10- 15 minutes away and will connect you to the train, buses and subways. Buffet breakfast is adequate with cereal, toast, baked goods, fruit cheeses and cold cuts. Good value for...

Very close to central train station, hop on/hop off bus tours starting points, great restaurants, bars, shops etc. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate size...

My wife & I took a 15 year-old grandson for a short holiday to see the city we had not visited for over 40 years. Flying BA , this hotel was on their recommended list. We wanted a hotel which was central, convenient and not too expensive. This served our purposes perfectly. We walked from central station (5 mins). The...

Chosing this hotel was quite difficult; I was looking for something cheap, or at least not too expensive, near the downtown and with the minimun, than means "clean, proper, and helpfull staff". When looking at Copenhagen options I realised it´s quite expensive compared to other cities, and this hotel near the train station with 3 stars, a "Trip Advisor Badge"...

The hotel right at the edge of the busy shopping area. The central train station, the shopping area, the travoli garden, the hop on hop off bus terminal & more are within walking distance. The hotel staffs are very nice. The breakfast food is fresh & the breakfast area has a top view scenery. The room size is just alright....

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.

Hotel Copenhagen Crown is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Copenhagen's Latin Quarter, the vibrant and trendy Vesterbro. You are very central and right on the popular street, Vesterbrogade, within comfortable walking distance to e.g. Stroget, City Hall Square, Tivoli, The Central Station, The Meat Packing District and the tranquil St. Jorgen Lake. Just outside the door you will find a myriad of restaurants, great shopping and Vesterbro Square with cozy cafes.
