We had a lovely stay at Kong Arthur. The room was tidy and clean. The bed could’ve been larger, something to remember when we come back. The breakfast was really good. The location was very good as well, we would walk into the city centre and back. Staff was friendly and in general it was a very nice hotel and stay.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. There is such a wonderful ambience. The rooms are spotless and functional. The hotel does a lovely social hour when you can meet fellow travellers as well as having a free drink. Location was perfect for us. We walked the City and it was so nice to vlose tho the Lakes as well as the canals. My wife and me had four of the most peaceful sleeps ever. Finally all the staff were so friendly and helpful. First impressions of a new Country are so important. So the welcome we received from Camilla was unbelievably helpful. She made us feel really special. Thank you. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Great hotel in a perfect location to explore Copenhagen. Staff were fabulous and friendly. Best breakfast in a hotel I've had ( although gets very busy ). Love the outdoor area to take a drink. Price is very good compared to other similar hotels in area. I would definitely stay again.

Just got back from our amazing weekend in Copenhagen. We stayed at the Kong Arthur for three nights and loved every minute. We were tired from travelling on our first day so we booked into the spa to chill. Wow amazing. We used the steam room, sauna and huge jacuzzi. We then went up to the room fully relaxed. We lay on the bed and it was so comfy that we fell fast asleep. The bed was like a huge marsh mellow and we didn't even bother to go out again as we were completely chilled. Our room had everything we required, it was stylish, practical and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were amazingly friendly, we ran out of milk so I rang reception, within 2 mins there was a knock on the door and hey presto "milk". We hired bikes from the hotel that were so reasonable. We had them for the whole day for only £15 each. The bikes really changed our experience of getting around the city. We became locals, zipping around and covering more ground to see as much as we could. I would definitely love to stay here again. The hotel was very stylish, great location, good value for money and so so friendly. Thanks everyone who made us feel so welcome.

Very nice stay at the friendly and convenient Kong Arthur. It was an easy walk from the nearby train station, which we took from the airport. Staff was very friendly and knew our names and room number very quickly. We were disappointed that our room took so long to become available on the day of check in, several hours past the quoted time. Our room, which was a suite, was large and bright with many windows. Beds were comfortable, even the extra bed we ordered for my son. Danish showers took a little getting used to, bathroom needed up a bit wet! We had to ask on two days for extra towels because our room hadn’t been made up by late afternoon. The daily “cozy hour” was very well attended and we enjoyed our complimentary house wine/beer. The breakfast buffet was very nice and full of healthy options. There is an affiliated Italian restaurant that looked good but the Front Desk was unable to get us a table during our stay, a small disappointment. The affiliated wine bar Bibendum was excellent for wine, small bites and friendly service. If only the weather had allowed us to borrow bikes! We hope to return and join everyone else in town on bicycles.

Awesome experience, even if just for 1 night. Emil was very welcoming to the hotel when we arrived and went above and beyond during the checkin process. We arrived at the tail end of the cozy hour, and he made sure to advise the bar staff to get us a glass of wine to enjoy as he checked us in. The location is fantastic and very easy to get to from the metro stop, just a few minutes walk. There are lots of restaurants around and outdoor market as well. Breakfast in the morning was fresh with tons of options. Couldn't have been more pleasant all around. Thank You!

There was a mix up with the rooms which is why we had to sleep in a single room for the first night. Once they figured everything out we got a great room! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cozy hour from 5 to 6 pm where you could get a free drink was indeed very cozy! Would stay here again :)

We had a great time at the hotel. Everything was clean, the location was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the free drinks at the cozy hour and the proximity to everything. Unfortunately, we had gotten booked to a single room and only realized until the next day, for which we received no compensation sadly (a free drink or breakfast would have been nice). Also, the walls were rather thin and so were the pillows! But it was a great stay nonetheless.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Kong Arthur for 3 nights in Feb. 2023. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile. One of the employees (I can't recall her name) helped us figure out the correct train to take for a day in Malmö, Sweden. Our room was clean and plenty of room for the two of us. We enjoyed the free glass of wine or beer at Happy Hour was a nice treat. The reason I booked the hotel was it's location, we were walking distance to restaurants, bars, museum, downtown and the train station. We would stay here again in a heart beat...next time I will plan the trip in the Fall or Spring though - it was pretty cold.
