This brand new hotel in the heart of Copenhagen is simply magnificent. The fit-out is superb, nothing has been left wanting. The design is breath-taking; who ever did the interior design work needs a huge pat on the back. All the staff, in particular the breakfast and the front desk team, were spot on. They were all totally engaged in their jobs and you could see that they were all happy for the hotel to be open. The breakfast was incredible, heaps of variety, freshly cooked and abundant... again the staff 10/10! The rooms were very tastefully decorated with soft furnishings combined with leather all wrapped in a modernist style, beautiful. Amenities included a quality Coffee machine, full mini-bar, an excellent (high-end) hair dryer, iron & ironing board and the bed was comfy and huge! Congratulations to the management and all the staff for pulling together a top quality hotel during a pandemic...I can't imagine the stresses that were involved.…

This hotel is absolutely amazing! I was aware that most of reviews were positive but honestly after I stayed there , this hotel is really a lovely place to stay in.. from the first minute I stepped in the receptionist was very friendly and she confirmed that my room was ready with my special request. The room was very clean, very spacious and well equipped. The view was stunning facing the river. Room 551 has an extraordinary view ever! Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was full with all required facilities especially the high end hair dryer and heated floor. Fabulous location close to main landmarks. I absolutely loved my stay and will be loyal to this hotel as it is the best in Europe indeed. The stuff hospitality was extraordinary so thanks for all of them especially Mr UGO who helped me during check out process. The only minor downside was the cleaning after I stayed m, it was not ideal and I had to ask for water and coffee replenishment. Anyhow , I would definitely book again in this hotel.…

Amazing staff, amazing view and very nice location. I was a guest in this lovely hotel, the reception and the bell service was very good. I really felt a luxury service from this hotel. murtada was so great he help us with getting the car parked, and took the luggage up to the room and show us around in our room. 10 Stars from here.

The NH is a modern hotel situated on Christianshavns, but walking distance from old town and from main attractions. The room is large, elegant and modern with good amenities and complementary coffee, tea and water. It is a good option to stay!

This was our first stay at this hotel, though not our first in Copenhagen. Our stay here was brilliant and we’ll certainly be returning to this hotel. From arrival to departure everything about this stay was wonderful and all of the staff we met were great. The hotel is also well placed near stops for all four metro lines and only a short walk from Nyhaven. The hotel bar is a lovely place to have a few drinks and the bar staff were friendly and welcoming. We paid to have a city view, a choice that we were very glad of when we saw our room with its magical view over the river and city beyond. The room came with a wonderful bathroom, with walk in shower and underfloor heating. Our only minor point for improvement is we felt the breakfast quite pricey so instead chose to visit the many places in the city to eat breakfast instead. All things considered a very minor piece of feedback!…

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at NH Collection Copenhagen. It was so relaxing and very comfortable, the rooms were beautiful and staff even better. Location was great and it was nice to be a little distanced from the very heart of the busy city centre, but equally within very easy reach by foot. The guest relations manager, Gulcan, went above and beyond in helping us to book a restaurant for us for dinner on a Saturday evening, that surpassed all of our expectations. Thank you to Gulcan and all of the staff at NH Collection for making our stay the best - we would recommend this hotel to anyone, without question!

It was trully amazing hotel experience. I travel a lot, and must admit that thru over 10 years I was never so taken care of. Gulcan did absolutely more than needed to fix all our problems with the stay that started with canceling of our flight and forced changes in the reseravtion. She organized everything the way that our stay was even better than we expected. Absolutely professional and empathic. This was amazing. Thank you!

As with all NH hotels, it’s not the cheapest, but for location, facilities and staff, I think it’d be hard to beat. Rooms are immaculate and hotel is mere minutes from Christianshavin metro. Only thing I’d pick out is lack of connectivity to the tv for a streaming stick or laptop (no hdmi socket available/reachable)…if require spend a night in, you might get a little bored with limited tv offering. That’s a small gripe though…we loved our time there, and would definitely stay again.
