A very noisey hotel. I found it difficult to sleep as the noise from 00:00 to 07:00 was terrible. Many drunk people seem to stay here and should i say questionable activites seem to go on. There is no lift in the hotel so it is a tough task to carry luggage up the tight staircase. The location is in...

I stayed in a room with shared bathroom at this hotel first week of March 2013. Although it is shared, the wc and bath was cery clean. The hotel offers free breakfast which is very good.. The location is perfect just few minutes from center. The hotel staffs were very kind and helpful. I asked for second blanket and they...

We only spent one night in SaGa hotel, came in very late the evening and left early in the morning before breakfast. This review is based on a very short period of time most of which we slept. The shared showers and toilets were clean and nice, the brief encounters with the staff upon cheking in and out as good...

The location is excellent - very central. Stayed in a private double room. Was clean enough, did not have a private bathroom, though (I knew this, as before booking, trying to save $). The hotel seems to cater to visiting construction workers...which was a bit odd. Breakfast was served in a common room, not bad. Staff were fine. Overall, for...

We stayed in a private double room with a bathroom. The room was small and very basic, which is reflected in the price, though it felt more like a small cabin than a hotel room. I found the bed really uncomfortable and the shower was pretty rank (water everywhere) so not the cleanest. Although a cleaner did walk in (without...

Location is great, breakfast is quite nice a part from watery coffee, our bedroom was tiny but also quite cheap (for Scandinavian standards). Shower was just a hole in the bathroom with a shower curtains that sticks to you when you try to shower. Overall I would come back for the location and budget price.

We stayed here 2 times in the same week, once in the beginning and once at the end of the week so we had 2 different rooms. The rooms are nice and clean but the second night we had a room more at the end of the hall and that was not so noisy. If you leave the room, you...

We went there in Nov last year for its strategic location (next to train station where we drop off) & happy to say that the place walking distance to all the visiting places. We practically walk to everywhere from the hotel. We were also surprised that the front desk even offer to print out our online flight ticket for free....

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
