Stayed here for three nights in May 2017. Initially I had a shock at the condition of the room, especially the bathroom: the "shower" is just a limescale-stained installation and a hole in the floor, mold in different areas, everything in a sorry state of decay. The room itself is small and a bit dark, with old furniture, but the...

Like all hotels in Copenhagen it is relatively expensive but this was one of the best value deals I could find in the location I wanted (near the Opera House) and as it happens five minutes from the canal and river for boat trips. Clean and comfortable small room. large bathroom. Work-desk. Good internet. Friendly and helpful reception staff and...

For my first stay in Copenhagen, this hotel offered a central location and relatively good price. Some pros about the hotel: - central location not far from Kongens Nytorv metro station and the popular shopping street of Stroget as well as the picturesque port street of Nyhavn where there are plenty of cafes along the quay and nightclubs - good...

My experiences with the hotel were Ok: friendly staff, basic and a bit outdated room, although I did like the spot in the city: everything (metro, stroget, nyhavn) was within walking distance. However, the breakfast was not really what I'm used to in a hotel. I do think the price/quality ratio of this hotel, concerning the location, is quite good.

Ok, to start, this is a budget hotel, so the expectations need to be aligned accordingly. Overall, does the trick. Only just. There are some good things, but it gets an overall poor because of staff and hygiene. GOOD: location. breakfast is actually quite good. 24hr coffee available. BAD: noise - sound proofing is existent, level of cleanliness - low,...

Really great location close to Nyhavn and the city centre. The staff were very friendly, easy-going and helpful. The room was a little small, but it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed - had a big bathroom. It was cold in the city (early March), but the room was toasty warm. With no air conditioning, I wonder if...

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a good location, on the marina and only a 5 minute walk to the metro. We were checked into a double room on the second floor and after one night we asked to be moved, it was next to the stairs, lift and fire door where people were in and...
