I have used this hotel several times when on business trips in Denmark. It has most needed facilities but unfortunately no fitness area. In general I find the rooms a little too dark but always clean. The restaurant is good but a little expensive. Breakfast buffet however is top class. Ok and free of charge parking facilities. For business stay it is perfect but for a family stay not really recommended unless one needs a hotel in a distance from the centre of Copenhagen.
Not sure about some previous reviews I thought this was an excellent hotel within walking distance of the business park - not sure as a tourist stay what else is around, but will definitely use again. Good size, comfortable room in typical Scandinavian design and furnishing. Lovely public areas and bar / restaurant. Very good meal in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful, efficient staff. What’s not to like?
Stayed here on business. Could walk to nearby business park. I had booked the wrong day somehow but it was all sorted by friendly staff. The bar area is nicely done and sociable. The rooms perfect. Just had to pick up an ironing board from reception. Breakfast had a good selection and a nice setting. I would happily stay here again.
Likes: + Reception and bar area looks nice Dislikes: - Tiny, tiny, tiny room - even Hobbits might complain? - Slow internet: 4.5 Mbps download - Internet kept dropping every 2-5 mins - No mini-bar or fridge - No tea/coffee making equipment - No A/C - Quite expensive for what you get or don't get as the case may be - Very poor room service
The hotel has been somewhat renovated and appears clean an neat. Some of the furniture in the room is quite worn. Pillows are tiny and not of best quality, and neither is the douvet. Surprised and disappointed that I had to pay 10 DKK for sewing kit that usually is given for free in every hotel. I get that it is not placed in every room, but claiming anything for this when requested just appears cheap.
