Myself and two other friends had been recommended this hotel as a great stay for traveling on a budget and it did not disappoint! Room was recently refurbished to modern perfection and room very comfortable. Location was ideal in relation to central station and for hitting main tourist spots. However, I would be wary of the area at night, especially...

Visited to see Copenhagen and seemed like a good fair price to pay for the centre of Copenhagen and only minutes from the central station. The staff were really friendly and we were lucky enough to be able to check in early which was nice. Breakfast is over priced there and not really needed considering there are plenty of food...

It is a budget hotel, so expect the facilities to be basic. The room was very noisy which interfered with sleep. Our room overlooked an area where some homeless people gathered and where drugs were being dealt openly. This was noisy and there were cars playing loud music up and down that road. The room itself was clean. It was...

Listen, this is a cheap hotel. Don't expect too much. But it's not in any way gross. It's super clean, the rooms are comfortable, and it gets the job done. The beds do not look comfortable at all from the pictures, but they're actually quite comfy. The one thing that seems to absolutely boggle people's minds on here is that...

drug dealing around the corner, place was under construction when we got there, no water daily until 4PM, was not informed when booking, no service or complementary breakfast to compensate for the lack of hospitality.

This hotel is placed in a very central location! This also means that there is quite some noise during the nights on weekends. But if you bring your ear plugs you have easy access to the city of Copenhagen. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean.

The hotel was recently renovated; very clean, and my room was exceptionally proper and comfortable; first class; the bed was amazing. Breakfast was more than adequate with the traditional Danish foods; very healthy; The location was very close to central station and the city center. Will use this hotel again.

This hotel was far above expectations for the budget price we paid. Not only is it 3 minutes from Central station but the beds are comfortable and the staff were incredibly accommodating! We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel on our arrival day and departure day before and after checking in/out! The room was clean and fairly...

Not near a metro station. Bathroom had a funny smell and is so cheaply accommodated that the shower water floods the entire bathroom floor. No in-room amenities - not even instant coffee. No hair dryer, you have to request one from reception. Contrary to their advertisement, breakfast is not free. You must pay for it. The ground floor rooms face...

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
