If you travel by car and plan to visit copenhagen this is the perfect hostel. The metro is close by so you can reach downtown within short time. Rooms and breakfast are good based on hostel standard. The staff is very friendly and always trying to help as best as they can.

As it was a youth hostel I wasn't expecting too much, so when I first spotted the hostel it looked very pleasant and modern. It is very clean, the beds are comfy, it us quiet, staff are helpful and all speak very good English. I was concerned about the lack of toilets (4 female toilets fir about 40 rooms) but...

+ We had a double room with bath/toilet, it was recently renovated, the conditions were top, room was clean and nice + The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. + There is a bus station at the hostel, if you're traveling from CPH Airport, you just have to take the Metro M2 (Metros are 24/7 active), hop off...

A nice hostel in the south part of Copenhagen (4 km), friendly staff, clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, free private parking near the hotel, good public connection to the city centre (5 mins with metro), decent prices.

Traveling around the world. Stop there for several nights to be in Copenhagen. The rooms are tooo small like hobbit home. Breakfast is to expensive for bread and butter buffet. Free parking included, free wifi is slow but working. The location is poor- metro station is too far... But there is a mall not so far - you can shop...

We stayed here overnight on the way back to the UK. Good size room, good location and really helpful staff. Lots of play area for the kids and a big park at the back for walks. It's quite basic but very clean and for an overnight stay a good option all around

Good value for your money, place was nice, room was clean and breakfast buffet was superb. Place is quite far from city but public transports are located very near. Would recommend for familys that want to stay economically but still in a clean and safe place.

Myself and a friend went to Copenhagen in May, we hadn't stayed in a European hostel before this as we are only 19.. so we weren't expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised from the start. We had a twin room so we didn't have our own bathroom, but the corridor bathrooms are cleaned 3 times daily and every time...

I have just returned from a 2 night break from Copenhagen with my partner & 12 year old daughter! The hostel was clean, tidy & the staff were friendly & helpful! The hotel wasn't the ritz, and you had to pay for your linen (which was no bother at all and clearly stated when booking) but it was worth the...

Staying in Amager

Neighbourhood Profile
Amager
In the eastern part of this neighbourhood, visitors will discover Amager Strandpark, a beach area which has become increasingly popular. It’s only a 30 minute bicycle ride or a 10 minute Metro trip away from the city center. Only a few hundred yards inland, some of the most creative musicians, artists, and writers in Copenhagen are occupying some of the old storage houses and production facilities. The western part is one of Copenhagen's most rapidly evolving areas, here you’ll find international architecture of the highest rank, the state of the art TV-Byen (the Danish pendant to BBC), a golf course as well as Copenhagen's best (and tiniest) ice bar.
