We booked this hotel mainly due to it being significantly cheaper than most hotels in the city. We didn’t plan on spending much time there and all that mattered to us was that it was clean. Check in was really easy - Friendly and helpful staff. The room was TINY, not ideal if you want or need that but of space to get ready. For us guys it was fine. The beds were comfortable, we were given fresh towels for our second night and all went well. If you just need a bed to stay, choose this place. If you want hotel luxuries then don’t.
I've stayed here many times and each time I'm impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They make the stay wonderful. The rooms, per Cabinn are small and the shower does wet the whole floor, but you cant beat the location, the helpful and fun staff and the crispy immaculate and comfy beds.
In a very great location, 5 min walk from central station. however rooms are super small, they look like rooms in a ship. money is worth the value? Yeah maybe. But I wouldn’t pay one penny more for it. the bathroom is the worst thing because shower, sink, wc are all in the same thing without something to separate
This hotel was a good choice for us. The location was key as it was close to various buses, trains and metro. The staff was great! Very friendly and accommodating. We stored our luggage for a few days before check in which was fine in a locked locker. This facility did not have laundry facilities but we were able to use the laundry ay Cabinn Copenhagen, about a 10 minute walk away. When we checked in it was late and we got a sandwich at the cafe. Only 25 kroner and surprisingly good! The room was small as expected, but clean. We were able to make good use of the space. It was nice to have a kettle in the room! The room was cleaned by request and done very well.
It was a very pleasant experience, the staff are all really pleasant - which is kind of the issue; it's not wonderful, nor is it anything to complain about. The rooms are small, very small, but as a base when exploring Copenhagen and Malmö and purely a place to put your head down, there is nothing to complain about, except, if you want your room serviced you have to request it the day prior. Three of the staff stood out; the red haired girl who lived in Birmingham, the tall girl.with curly brown hair and the shorter guy with dark hair (Daniel) but as I said before, they were all very pleasant.
