Didn't expect that much before we arrived. Small rooms with a sink and a place for the suitcase.
Easy standard. Clean bathrooms and showers. Every day fix-up in the room, very nice. Clean towels when needed.
Location good, quiet and close to the centre. Friendly and helpful staff.
Wouldn't mind going back again

There are some bad reviews on here but I think this hotel is great for people who want a private room and a little more privacy than a hostel. The room was clean (didn't smell like mold like some claim) and the staff was friendly. Wish the WiFi was free, but for the price I would probably stay here again the next time in Copenhagen!

- Small rooms.
- Not a private toilet/shower.
- Door was open TWICE after whe came back... Where are sure whe closed it right (whe checked if the door was closed after that first time.) Luckilly nothing was stolen.
+ Great location! (Near a public swimming pool, close the the center.)
+ Free internet.
+ Cheap.

Not bad for people with a small budget (you really shouldn't go to Copenhagen then ;)) like students. Shared showers, shared toilets. Both are in same place

This was the worst experience ever! The attendant at the front desk admitted that the pictures on the website are fake. I paid for a room with 3 beds and they gave me 2 and refused to refund anything bc I had paid in full -final payment.
The girl at the front desk interrogated me about my late arrival, although I had called the <hostel> days before to inform the them that I would I would arrive late-it was never communicated.
The young girl at the front desk lectured me about my responsibility to call the hostel to have informed them of my 'lateness'-I almost lost it. My train was late and she blew it off as if that was not a reason.
Most insane is that you SHARE a toilette and a shower down the hall from your room. There is no phone or clock in the room which caused multiple issues.
Since our train arrived late to Denmark, my Bf had attempted to call the hotel to contact me. The same rude girl at the front desk told me that 'personal' calls were not allowed and to tell my bf not to call as there was no way to connect him to a room. Be that as it may, who knew the hostel did not have a phone in the room???
No logic what so ever. She refused to communicate this preference to my BF herself, and I was at a loss as to how I was meant to communicate to him to not all when I had no way to contact him. She also refused to even communicate to my BF that I had checked in (safely arrived) to the hotel.
The hotel girl also stated that my inquiry as to why there was no phone or CLOCK OR ALARM in the room was a 'high standard for travel'.
No clock in the room meant that we had to stay up all night to catch our cab to the airport.
The only positive that I can even muster is that there is a roof. Other than that, security is poor at best. The keys that you were meant to use were pointless bc the doors were never locked or did not lock.
I have traveled globally and this is the WORST. The false advertising is criminal. I paid full price for a hotel that wasn't even close to the city center when I could have paid 1/4 and stayed at Dan Hostel.
This was terrible and the girl who worked the desk should be fired and this hotel should not be in business!!!!
This should get a negative rating!!!

short stay break visiting with family and friends while sight seeing
the staff were helpful and very friendly especially the young guy (sorry don't remember his name)
the room was clean with a shared bathroom and shower room but this wasn't a problem. The small and functional room with a T.V. Beds sooo comfy!
5 mins walk to the metro and with a Copenhagen ticket which you can buy from the airport, to get around all transport and into attractions ,all good value.
The breakfast was a buffet and you can help yourself, which helps set you up for a day of sight seeing.
There was work going on to upgrade the hotel but it didn't disturb us at all. It was also on a quiet street so between that and a comfy bed ,we all slept well. I would recommend staying here and hope to go back, had a great stay, thanks :)

Utter disgrace, choose a hostel way better than this which is NOT a HOTEL. Reception staff are not competent and unfriendly. It is better to stay in a proper hotel where u dont have to pay for every little detail, wifi is extra, breakfast is extra. Location is not great so metro tickets cost extra.

I booked here for a business trip because the price was good (by Copenhagen standards) and the location fantastic for my purposes. My budget would have covered a more expensive room but I believe in husbanding my organisations resources. When I arrived I felt like an idiot. Barely better than a youth hostel, this property was marginally clean and definitely downmarket. Unwittingly I had booked a room without a bathroom! The crowd of Scotsmen on a bachelor holiday provided a degree of evening entertainment I hadn't reckoned with.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The problem wasn't with the facilty, it was with my expectations.I'd recommend my teenager to stay here on a backpacking trip but wish I had understood before I booked that it is a youth hostel audience this facility aims at.

Hotel was 160 usd and was a little room with 4 bunk beds placed so close together I have never seen a room this small except in a hostel. They lock up the office at 11 pm and if you leave before 7am the office is locked and you must leave out the back alley. The bathroom is down the hall and you can hear every guest that walks in the hall....Breakfast costs 12 usd and is very limited.. This place should be a hostel for 30 usd....I would never stay here again and the beds are the smallest I have seen in a hotel...
Much noise comes from the wild parties in the street or local apartments. Do not stay here unless for free...

Compare to price room looked really bad. It was very small room, which looked like hospital. Hotel booked money from out account in case we will not appear. We had to pay again and they said money will come back in 2-3 days. After more than one week money are still booked on our account, hotel says that it's not their problem. So we paid twice. Next day we traveled to Switzerland and we didn't have money for train.
